We are back, for another version of the Daily Dribble written by LineStarTyler.

What a weird injury-ridden slate we had yesterday. Let's hope we do not get more of that today. However, there are still several question marks with ORL due to trades they were involved in this week. Let's dive into today's main slate.

Today's Slate

We have a 3 game slate with a very obvious game to target in POR@TOR. While I love a few TOR players I can't say the same about POR. The Trailblazers have Nurkic back and have added Norman Powell, which is surely going to cut into minutes for players and take a little usage away from Lillard/Mccollum. I do find ATL@DEN interesting but Aaron Gordon will play. This makes me want to stay away from DEN forwards. Lastly, we have ORL @LAL. We will need to wait for the injury report to really know what is going on with ORL. LAL has severely play-able players.

With the small slate, it will be important to make pivots off some of the high owned players.

Tonight's Point Guard /Shooting Guard Notables

Jamal Murray DK $7.7 k | FD $7.9 k

Murray has been playing huge minutes lately and with Monte Morris still out I expect that to continue today. The only guard playing similar minutes is Lillard and Young. He has also been in the perfect lineup 2 of the last 4 games

Trae Young DK $8.9 k | FD $8.7 k

Trae is in a good spot today and is priced down. I think we will need to take some stabs here. This is the best chance at matching Jokics output but costs 1500-2600 less. Without much value on the slate, I am finding it hard to get to Jokic. Since I want that upside shot I will likely be here.

Shooting Guard is pretty bad tonight outside of FVV or Mccollum, since I'm not getting to either of them very much I am likely going to pay down. KCP may also be chalk on DK and KCP chalk is an instant fade for me.

Kevin Huerter DK $4.6 k | FD $5.2k- Like him a bit on DK as a pivot and low-owned play.

Will Barton DK $5.8 k | FD $5.9k- Den is low on guards so he will get minutes.

Bogdan Bogdanovic DK $94.9k | FD $4.2k- Like him on FD more than DK.

Tonight's SF / PF Notables

SG/SF are both bad, these will be the positions I am paying down. Some of the above guys Huerter, Barton, and Bogdan are available at SF. So I will use them here as well. Other options are Dwayne Bacon or De'Andre Hunter if he plays. If Hunter doesn't play I like Bog more as well as Tony Snell a little as a cheap flyer.

Pascal Siakam DK $7.6 k | FD $8.5k

On DK Pascal will likely be my highest-owned player. He has been used a ton at Center, plus POR has been bad at guarding that position lately. I mean Khem Birch just went for 52.

OG Anunoby DK $6.1 k | FD $6.7k

If you don't have the funds to pay up for Siakam I think you can pivot to Anunoby, or you can play them together. I likely will have lineups with both. He has been solid since returning to injury and playing solid minutes.

Tonight's Center Position Notables

Clint Capela DK $7.5 k | FD $8.5 k

This is more of a DK play. On Fanduel I would likely try and figure out how to play Jokic. Denver isn't a great matchup but I think Capela could get some extra minutes because they will need his size vs Jokic.

Jusuf Nurkic DK $5.5 k | FD $5.2 k

Nurkic is back, he will likely still be on a minutes restriction but I still like him. He has historically produced at about 1.2fp/min. As long as he gets 23-24 minutes I am interested and I will be looking to see if news comes out on his minutes before lock.

*Fanduel note for Center* you might have to pay up for Jokic. Giving up 15-20 points at the center position is hard to come back from.

My Strategy

We have a tough slate tonight. I personally will be playing lightly since we have a lot of unknowns tonight. Such as how many minutes new additions such as Aaron Gordon or Wendell Carter may be getting, and what the rotations will look like. Unfortunately, late news will also likely play a big role tonight. ORL doesn't play until the first game is finished, and they have most of the injury news we are waiting on (Carter jr/Ross/Porter-Questionable). Who is active or inactive will make a big difference. If Porter/Carter/Ross all sit then ORL has value but if they all play I don't want much to do with ORL outside of having less than 10% of them. Hopefully, some of this news will come out prior to lock so we don't have to guess.

With that said here are my core plays tonight: These are my 3 favorite plays of the night and the guys who will be the highest owned in my lineups.

Core: Pascal Siakam, Jamal Murray, and Trae Young.
