We are back, for another version of the Daily Dribble written by LineStarTyler.

Today's Slate

We have a 7 game slate tonight. There are some games with blowout risk tonight PHO is -15.5, NYK -10.5, and LAL -8. The Lakers have been awful without James and AD but both are back now so that is bound to change. The most interesting game to me from a fantasy perspective is SAC @ DAL.

A couple of notes on today's games that have playoff implication:

-The Heat and Hornets are 7th and 8th in the east, this matchup could very well be a preview to a play in-game. Thus making this game, play like a playoff game which is typically slower-paced games.

-Por @ Bos: Both teams need wins down the last stretch to stay out of the play in games.

Tonight's Point Guard /Shooting Guard Notables

Luka Doncic DK $10.8 k | FD $10.6 k

In my favorite game of the night, I will be targeting my favorite high-priced player. Luka puts up video game numbers whenever Porzingis is out. I expect that to continue vs a team that is allergic to playing defense.

Marcus Smart DK $6.4 k | FD $6.7 k

Evan Fournier DK $5.3 k | FD $4.7 k

Kemba Walker is out and BOS is playing POR. I like Smart more than Fournier due to the uncertainty of Fournier's minutes, but so will everyone else. There is a chance to get Fournier at low ownership in a good matchup, but you have to take a risk on how many minutes he will play.

Devin Booker DK $8k | FD $7.8k

Chris Paul has the better matchup, but if this game is a blowout it means the Suns put up a ton of points and Booker is the man for that job. Book averages 39.9 FPPG in up-pace games, and OKC hasn't been able to stop a good SG all season.

I am not shying away from the Suns due to blow-out risk. There are 2 reasons for that 1) if it's a blow out it likely means the Suns have scored a ton of points quickly which leads to higher per-minute outputs. 2) we do not know when the blowout will happen, a lot of time in the NBA it doesn't happen until the 4th quarter and the players end up playing their full rotations.

Tonight's SF / PF Notables

Josh Richardson DK $4.3 k | FD $4.5k

He is simply way too cheap. Great matchup and Tim Hardaway is out, which should allow Richardson a path back to over 30 minutes. Josh at a mid 4k price tag in 30+minutes of action is a great deal.

Demar Derozan DK $8.2 k | FD $8.8k

If Dejounte Murray(GTD) is out that means Derozan will handle the ball even more. Derozan can be inconsistent at times but he gives you a 50-60pt ceiling in the 8k salary range.

RJ Barrett DK $6.5k | FD $6.5k

Coach Thibs is running Barrett into the ground with all the minutes he is getting, and I am down for it. I love the minutes vs a terrible team who cannot play D. Let's go!

Jimmy Butler DK $9k | FD $9.8k

Jimmy Buckets has been flying under the radar lately, this game will likely play a bit like a playoff game and I want all the playoff Jimmy in a good matchup. 

Marvin Bagley DK $4.5k | FD $4.6k

With Barnes likely missing tonight's game, I like Bagley. He should get a few more minutes with it being his second game back from injury. As long as he gets 24 min he can crush value at this price.

Tonight's Center Position Notables

Kelly Olynyk DK $7.4 k | FD $9k

If you told me Kelly Olynyk was going to be 9k at the start of the season I would have laughed my ass off. While that price is too high for me on FD, on DK he is only 7.4, and I will play him there all day long.

Khem Birch DK $5.1 k | FD $6.7k

He has been getting the minutes and proving that he deserves the playing time. Keep rolling with Birch until DK pricing catches up to his output. On Fanduel he is still in play however I wouldn't have a ton of him.

Robert Williams DK $5.2k | FD $5.4k

The Center position is kind of rough on FD tonight. Williams at least offers a high ceiling, and he has regained his starting position last game. If he stats again tonight he is interesting to me.

Value Options

Here are some other value options that I didn't mention above

Nerlans Noel DK $4.5 k | FD $5.1k

Carmelo Anthony DK $4.1k | FD $4.7 k

Willie Cauley-Stein DK 3.1k | FD $3.5k - Pretty much bare min and no Prozingis.

My Strategy

My core for tonight is Doncic and Olynyk. I don't have a 3 third guy because I think these two might be pretty chalky on DK. Thus I will need to make sure I am getting different in the rest of my lineup.
