There are no NBA games scheduled tomorrow due to Election Day so look out for another mammoth slate (14 games) on Wednesday as well. As is usually the case on these large slates, there will be plenty of injury news to monitor and potential DFS adjustments to make as we inch closer to each game tipping off. So be sure to mind your Ps and especially your Qs (probables and questionables) today! Best of luck!

Point Guards/Shooting Guards to Consider 🏀

PG Tyrese Haliburton, IND | DK: $9.4k, FD: $9.8k | vs. SAS

It looks like Haliburton won’t be a sneaky play by any means today, especially after dropping 43 points and 69.5 DKFP/63.4 FDFP in the Pacers’ last game on Saturday. But he has been incredible thus far in the new season. Not only is he posting strong offensive metrics with a 27.1% USG%, 24.2 PPG, and 49.4% FG% (39.5% 3Pt%), but he has contributed at least 11 assists in all five games played this season while averaging 12.4 APG. Neither team in this match-up is known for their defense (IND: 30th in DEFRTG, SAS: 26th in DEFRTG) and both teams rank inside the top 10 in pace (IND: 3rd, SAS: 9th), hence the lofty 238 over/under. The Pacers are -8.5 home favorites tonight and lead the slate with a 123.8 implied team total. Pending a major blowout, Haliburton brings one of the highest floors to DFS lineups tonight regardless of position.

PG Fred VanVleet, HOU | DK: $7.5k, FD: $8.1k | vs. SAC

There is no shortage of appealing guard plays on this slate but we’ll put a spotlight on VanVleet who has displayed an excellent ceiling with his new Houston Rockets team. In the three games where the Rockets have eclipsed 100 points, FVV has scored at least 45.25 DKFP/40.1 FDFP and has recorded at least 11 assists. The Rockets own a 108-implied team total tonight. This is an immediate re-match from Saturday’s game between these two teams where VanVleet notched 53.0 DKFP/50.2 FDFP. The De’Aaron Fox-less Kings sit at slight two-point road favorites and they provide a sizable pace upgrade for the Rockets this evening.

SG Jordan Hawkins, NOP | DK: $4.6k, FD: $4.2k | @ DEN

PG/SG Dyson Daniels, NOP | DK: $4.4k, FD: $4.4k | @ DEN

Whichever one of these guys gets the start in place of CJ McCollum (lung/out) would be the preferred DFS play given their comparable DFS salaries. Unfortunately, with this being the latest game of the evening, we may not know who is starting until after all other games have tipped off. In a vacuum, Daniels would be the preferred play based on his higher 0.89 FPPM average, compared to the 0.73 FPPM average for Hawkins. However, we’ve seen Hawkins start multiple games this season (in place of Brandon Ingram) and log mid-30s minutes. The Pelicans do own the lowest implied total (107.8) on the slate as they take on the defending champion Nuggets, but they’re only six-point underdogs. With McCollum facing a possible lengthy absence due to a collapsed lung (yikes), I believe both Hawkins and Daniels will see extended run regardless of any potential blowout scenario. As of now, I would lean toward Daniels earning the start tonight.

Other Guards to Consider

PG Trae Young, ATL | DK: $9.3k, FD: $8.8k | @ OKC

PG Tyrese Maxey, PHI | DK: $8.3k, FD: $8.6k | vs. WAS

PG/SG Tyler Herro, MIA | DK: $8.1k, FD: $8.1k | vs. LAL

PG/SG Dejounte Murray, ATL | DK: $7.8k, FD: $8.3k | @ OKC

SG/SF Kelly Oubre Jr., PHI | DK: $6k, FD: $6.1k | vs. WAS

SG Malik Monk, SAC | DK: $5.7k, FD: $5.5k | @ HOU

PG Reggie Jackson, DEN | DK: $5.5k, FD: $4.2k | vs. NOP (FD Preferred - should start in place of J. Murray)

SG/SF Dillon Brooks, HOU | DK: $5.2k, FD: $5.7k | vs. SAC

PG/SG Cason Wallace, OKC | DK: $5.2k, FD: $4.2k | vs. ATL (FD Preferred - if SGA is out & Wallace starts)

PG/SG Jalen Suggs, ORL | DK: $5.1k, FD: $5.9k | vs. DAL

PG Marcus Sasser, DET | DK: $4.4k, FD: $4.9k | vs. GSW (Preferred if one or both of J. Ivey/A. Burks are out)

SG Malaki Branham, SAS | DK: $4.1k, FD: $4.7k | @ IND (If D. Vassell is out & Branham starts)

Small Forwards/Power Forwards to Consider 🏀

PF/C Victor Wembanyama, SAS | DK: $8.5k, FD: $8.5k | @ IND

We’ve certainly seen the sort of upside rookie phenom Victor Wembanyama can provide in his last couple of games. He dropped 38 points and 61.5 DKFP/60 FDFP on the Suns last Thursday and followed that up with another strong performance (49.25 DKFP/52.8 FDFP) against the Raptors yesterday while playing a season-high 38 minutes (albeit, in an OT game). Wemby’s rookie season will not be without some bumps in the road by way of disappointing games (and fantasy scores). It’s also worth noting that this is the Spurs’ first back-to-back of the season and Wemby did log those heavy minutes yesterday. I’d say, through six games, Wembanyama has lived up to the hype and he is posting a 1.37 FPPM average while racking up 3.8 STL+BLK/gm. He could be poised for another huge performance against the Pacers, who have allowed the most points in the paint per game (61.3) and the 5th most opponent blocks per game (7.0). As noted in Haliburton’s spotlight, both of these teams rank bottom five in defensive rating and top 10 in pace, which is a perfect recipe for an outstanding DFS environment.

SF Franz Wagner, ORL | DK: $7.1k, FD: $7.3k | vs. DAL

The Magic will be somewhat shorthanded today with Markelle Fultz, Wendell Carter Jr., and Gary Harris all ruled out for tonight’s contest. In 70.8 minutes played with those three guys off the court this season, Franz Wagner has seen a team-high +10.67% usage boost and a +25.57 FP (per 48 min) increase. He hoisted up a season-high 28 shot attempts in the Magic’s last game on Saturday. Orlando has been a scrappy team this season and they’re off to a solid 4-2 start. They’ll be slight -1.5 home favorites tonight against Luka and the Mavs, who are on the second leg of a B2B. Wagner makes a ton of sense out of the low $7k range today.

PF Jalen Johnson, ATL | DK: $5.6k, FD: $6.1k | @ OKC

This game between the Hawks and Thunder is going to command some DFS attention today. It boasts a slate-leading 242 over/under, a close spread (ATL -1), and features two teams that rank top five in pace this season (ATL: 4th, OKC: 5th). Jalen Johnson has been a solid contributor across the board this season, averaging 14.5 PPG, 8.3 RPG, 2.3 APG, and 1.7 STL+BLK/gm to go along with 1.07 FPPM. He posted his best fantasy performance of the season on Saturday with a 21-point, 11-rebound double-double and 42.75 DKFP/39.2 FDFP. Assuming he continues to land in the starting lineup and play mid-30s minutes, Johnson should be in line for another strong outing.

Other Forwards to Consider

SF/PF LeBron James, LAL | DK: $9.6k, FD: $10.2k | @ MIA

SF/SG Brandon Ingram, NOP | DK: $8k, FD: $8.1k | @ DEN

PF Paolo Banchero, ORL | DK: $7.7k, FD: $7.9k | vs. DAL

PF/C Chet Holmgren, OKC | DK: $7.7k, FD: $8k | vs. ATL (Bump if SGA is out)

SF/PF Ausar Thompson, DET | DK: $6.6k, FD: $6.6k | vs. GSW

SF/PF Michael Porter Jr., DEN | DK: $6.4k, FD: $6.3k | vs. NOP

PF Jabari Smith Jr., HOU | DK: $5.8k, FD: $6.2k | vs. SAC

PF/C Dorian Finney-Smith, BKN | DK: $5.3k, FD: $5.1k | vs. MIL

SF/PF Grant Williams, DAL | DK: $4.9k, FD: $5.3k | @ ORL

PF Torrey Craig, CHI | DK: $3.5k, FD: $3.9k | vs. UTA (If he continues to start)

SF/PF Joe Ingles, ORL | DK: $3.2k, FD: $3.6k | vs. DAL

Centers to Consider 🏀

C Joel Embiid, PHI | DK: $11.2k, FD: $12k | vs. WAS

You can’t go wrong if you’re spending up on either of the “big two” centers on today’s slate (Embiid & Jokic). Even though Jokic should see some added usage without Jamal Murray available tonight, I’m giving Embiid the slightest of nods. Embiid is rocking a monster 36.4% USG%, which leads all NBA players. He’s also averaging 1.74 DKFPPM/1.69 FDFPPM and draws one of the most enticing match-ups on the slate. It’s a major pace-up spot for the 76ers as Washington leads the NBA in pace. They’re also dead last in rebounding% and are allowing the 5th most points in the paint per game (54.0) along with 14.2 BLK+STL/gm to their opponents. Pending a blowout (PHI -11, heaviest favorites on the slate), Embiid should stuff the stat sheet in the match-up and the 76ers own the 4th highest implied team total (119.8) on the slate.

C Goga Bitadze, ORL | DK: $4.7k, FD: $4.8k | vs. DAL

Bitadze is one of the more obvious values on the board today as he’s in line for a second consecutive start in place of the injured Wendell Carter Jr. He has played sparingly off the bench this season but landed in the starting lineup against the Lakers on Saturday, and he did not disappoint. Across 26 minutes, he posted a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double to go along with five blocks and two assists -- a performance that netted him 37.0 DKFP/40 FDFP. The five blocks clearly cannot be counted upon but he brings a high floor to DFS lineups at his current salaries and draws a quality match-up versus the Mavericks who have allowed the 4th most points in the paint per game (55.7) and rank 19th in rebounding%.

Other Centers to Consider

C Nikola Jokic, DEN | DK: $11.6k, FD: $11.8k | vs. NOP

C Anthony Davis, LAL | DK: $9.9k, FD: $11.6k | @ MIA (DK Preferred

C Alperen Sengun, HOU | DK: $8k, FD: $8.1k | vs. SAC

C Jalen Duren, DET | DK: $6.8k, FD: $7.4k | vs. GSW

C Zach Collins, SAS | DK: $6.4k, FD: $6.6k | @ IND

C Clint Capela, ATL | DK: $5.7k, FD: $6.1k | @ OKC

PF/C Jalen Smith, IND | DK: $4.2k, FD: $4.5k | vs. SAS

C Isaiah Hartenstein, NYK | DK: $3.6k, FD: $4.4k | vs. LAC (DK Preferred)
