DFS Main Slate Rundown 📰

Following a light Monday schedule, we’re back at it with a loaded eight-game Tuesday slate! It’s a solid-looking slate overall with some decent matchups, a few high totals, and only one game with a double-digit spread. Aside from the Pacers, Thunder, and Warriors, most teams are pretty healthy heading into tonight and we even have four teams with 100% clean injury reports… which might be close to a season record. Let’s dive in and see what we can figure out. Best of luck!

Top DraftKings & FanDuel DFS Plays

Note: NBA position designations are never going to perfectly align between the major DFS sites. For the purposes of these newsletters, positional designations will default to DraftKings.

Point Guards/Shooting Guards to Consider 🏀

PG/SG Kevin Porter Jr., MIL | DK: $7.8k, FD: $9.4k | vs. MIA

Porter Jr. continues to benefit from Giannis Antetokounmpo remaining out, and the production has been both strong and consistent. In the seven games since returning from an oblique injury, KPJ is averaging 45.0 DKFP per game on 1.35 FPPM, and he’s largely hit value even when games have gotten out of hand. Milwaukee also draws the largest pace boost on the slate, jumping from 25th in pace into a matchup with Miami, who ranks first. That environment alone raises both his floor and ceiling tonight. FanDuel was quick to adjust Porter’s price point, making him clearly more appealing on DraftKings, where he still feels underpriced relative to his current role and per-minute output.

PG/SG Brandin Podziemski, GSW | DK: $6.2k, FD: $6.5k | at NOP

With Stephen Curry sidelined, Podziemski continues to play a key role in Golden State’s rotation, even while coming off the bench. He’s topped 30 DKFP in four of his last five games, highlighted by a 53.75 DKFP outburst against Denver, where he logged 36 minutes in a statement win. Podziemski is once again projected for starter-level run tonight, checking in around 32 minutes, which keeps both his floor and ceiling in play. The matchup also lines up well, as New Orleans ranks 27th in defensive rating, opening the door for efficient scoring and quality peripherals. He profiles as a strong option out of the mid-range, especially if his minutes push into the mid-30s again.

PG/SG Alondes Williams, WAS | DK: $4.3k, FD: $5.4k | at ATL

Williams has carved out a real role off the bench since joining Washington on a 10-day contract, logging at least 28 minutes in all three appearances and peaking at 34.2 minutes in their most recent outing. The production has been volatile, but the opportunity has not, and he’s been extremely efficient so far, shooting 66.7% from the field and 45.5% from three-point range. This matchup sets up as the fastest-paced environment on the slate, with both teams ranking top six in pace, and the game carries a slate-high 236.5 total. The Wizards are heavy underdogs, but that actually works in Williams’ favor, as a blowout would likely keep him on the floor, as we saw in a 17-point loss on Sunday where he played the entire fourth quarter. He’s clearly more appealing on DraftKings at $4.3k, though the solid minutes keep him viable at $5.4k on FanDuel as well.

Other Guards to Consider

PG Tyrese Maxey, PHI at IND (Boost if Embiid is out)

PG Jalen Brunson, NYK at CLE

SG Kon Knueppel, CHA at CHI

SG/SF Norman Powell, MIA at MIL

PG/SG CJ McCollum, ATL vs. WAS

PG/SG Brandon Williams, DAL at BKN

PG/SG Jeremiah Fears, NOP vs. GSW

SG/SF Isaac Okoro, CHI vs. CHA

SG/SF Quentin Jackson, IND vs. PHI

PG/SG Jordan Poole, NOP vs. GSW

PG Rob Dillingham, CHI vs. CHA

Small Forwards/Power Forwards to Consider 🏀

PF Jalen Johnson, ATL | DK: $10.8k, FD: $11.3k | vs. WAS

Johnson stands out as the clear top spend-up on a slate that’s notably thin on high-end options, and he’s the only player priced into five figures on DraftKings. He continues to operate as Atlanta’s primary hub, averaging 51.7 DKFP per game while leading the team in usage, assist rate, and rebound rate. The matchup is as friendly as it gets, with Washington ranking second-to-last in defensive rating and the Hawks carrying the highest implied team total on the slate at 125.0 points. Blowout risk is the only real concern, but it didn’t slow Johnson the last time these teams met, when he posted a 30/12/12 triple-double and 71 DKFP in a 15-point win. Even with the elevated salary, his role and ceiling keep him firmly in play as the premier stud option tonight.

SF/PF Jarace Walker, IND | DK: $6.7k, FD: $7.3k | vs. PHI

The forward pool thins out quickly on this slate, but Jarace Walker remains firmly in play as an attractive mid-range option with dual-forward eligibility on both sites. With Pascal Siakam (wrist/doubtful) expected to miss again and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) ruled out, Walker’s role should continue to be elevated, and the recent production reflects that shift. Over his last five games as a starter, he’s averaged 31.7 minutes while posting 19.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game, good for 1.30 FPPM and 41.2 DKFP/gm. That stretch includes three games north of 37 DKFP, with a clear ceiling when the peripheral stats pile up. Philadelphia grades out as a middle-of-the-pack defensive unit and could be without Joel Embiid, which would further soften the interior. In a slate lacking upper-tier forward options, Walker brings a stable workload and a realistic path to 40+ fantasy points if his minutes reach into the low-30s again.

PF Khris Middleton, DAL | DK: $5k, FD: $5.2k | at BKN

Middleton has looked rejuvenated since joining Dallas and he has moved into the starting rotation in each of the last two games while star rookie Cooper Flagg continues to recover from a foot injury. Over his last five games as a starter, Middleton has averaged a rock-solid 1.10 FPPM and, assuming he remains in the starting rotation, he should handle around 28-32 minutes tonight. This is a significant pace-down spot for the Mavericks, who are 4th in pace while the Nets rank 27th, but Middleton has historically handled slower environments well and has produced +28% more FPPG in down-paced matchups. Brooklyn also ranks 26th in defensive rating and doesn’t present much resistance to opposing wings. At these low-$5k prices, Middleton brings a solid floor with room for upside if the minutes hold steady again.

Other Forwards to Consider

SF Michael Porter Jr., BKN vs. DAL

SF Brandon Miller, CHA at CHI

PF Zion Williamson, NOP vs. GSW

SF/PF Saddiq Bey, NOP vs. GSW

PF PJ Washington, DAL at BKN

PF Andrew Wiggins, MIA at MIL

PF Miles Bridges, CHA at CHI

PF Gui Santos, GSW at NOP

PF/C Guerschon Yabusele, CHI vs. CHA

PF Noah Clowney, BKN vs. DAL

SF/SG Quenton Jackson, IND vs. PHI

PF/C Jaylin Williams, OKC at TOR (Preferred if Holmgren is out)

PF/C Micah Potter, IND vs. PHI

SF/SG Gary Payton II, GSW at NOP

PF Patrick Williams, CHI vs. CHA

Centers to Consider 🏀

C Karl-Anthony Towns, NYK | DK: $8.3k, FD: $8.9k | at CLE

Towns profiles as the top high-end center option on the slate, especially with Joel Embiid carrying a questionable tag and potentially back under some sort of minutes restrictions even if he does play. KAT is coming off a strong 53.25 DKFP performance against Chicago and has now cleared 40 DKFP in seven of his last 10 games. The recent efficiency has been excellent, as Towns has produced 1.46 FPPM over his last five, even while playing slightly reduced minutes compared to past seasons. Cleveland presents a respectable defensive matchup, but the Cavaliers play at a top-half pace and allow one of the league’s highest three-point percentages, which suits Towns’ skill set as a floor-spacing big. If he lands in the 30–32-minute range again, he brings a dependable ceiling in what should be a competitive game between two of the Eastern Conference’s top teams.

C Marvin Bagley III, DAL | DK: $4.7k, FD: $5.5k | at BKN

Bagley has been a steady contributor since joining Dallas at the deadline and continues to produce efficiently in a bench role. Over his last five games, he’s averaging an excellent 1.23 FPPM and has recorded three double-doubles in that stretch, showing that he doesn’t need heavy minutes to stuff the stat sheet. The matchup also lines up, as Brooklyn ranks 24th in DvP versus backup centers over their last 20 games. Daniel Gafford remains questionable, and if he were to sit, Bagley would be in line for a notable role bump, potentially moving into the starting rotation. Even if Gafford plays, Bagley’s per-minute production and elite rebounding keep him firmly in play.

Other Centers to Consider

C Joel Embiid, PHI at IND (Currently questionable – Possibly back to limited minutes if he plays)

C Onyeka Okongwu, ATL vs. WAS

C Derik Queen, NOP vs. GSW

C Kel’el Ware, MIA at MIL

C Moussa Diabate, CHA at CHI

C Tristan Vukcevic, WAS at ATL

C DeAndre Jordan, NOP vs. GSW (Preferred if starting again)

C Nick Richards, CHI vs. CHA
