DFS Main Slate Rundown 📰
We get an intriguing NBA slate to kick off the work week, and for the first time in a while the main slates will differ slightly between DraftKings and FanDuel. DraftKings will feature a six-game main slate, while FanDuel includes all eight games with the addition of LAL/HOU and SAS/LAC in the late window.
The matchups look appealing today, with only one game (POR/BKN) carrying a double-digit spread. We also have several contests featuring totals north of 230 points, giving us a few strong environments to target.
The injury report is fairly busy, but most of the key players dealing with injuries have already been ruled out or are currently listed as doubtful. That means we likely won’t be waiting on a ton of major news throughout the evening. This should be a fun slate to dig into, so let’s jump in. Best of luck!

Point Guards/Shooting Guards to Consider 🏀
PG Josh Giddey, CHI | DK: $9k, FD: $9.5k | vs. MEM
It’s tough to ignore the stat lines that Giddey has been putting up. He has been on an incredible run since the start of March and, over those six games, he’s averaged a triple-double with 19.5 points, 11.8 assists, and 11.2 rebounds per game while shooting 45.3% from three. That production has translated to massive fantasy totals, as he’s eclipsed 60 DKFP in four of those contests while averaging 58.5 DKFP per game on an elite 1.59 FPPM during that span. What makes the stretch even more impressive is that Giddey hasn’t been overly reliant on scoring, doing much of his damage through rebounds and assists.
This also sets up as one of the most appealing game environments on the slate. The matchup carries a slate-high 243.5 total, with Chicago leading all teams with a 125.5 implied total. Memphis has struggled defensively as well, ranking 27th in DvP versus starting point guards and 27th in overall DEFRTG across their last 10 games. With the Bulls favored by 7.5 points at home and Giddey continuing to dominate the stat sheet, he profiles as one of the premier spend-up options on the slate.

PG/SG Trey Murphy III, NOP | DK: $7.6k, FD: $8.2k | vs. DAL
Murphy continues to play a major offensive role for New Orleans, averaging a career-high 21.9 points per game in his fifth season. While he remains a dangerous perimeter shooter, his production has also expanded across the stat sheet, with increases in both rebounds and assists. He has also been active defensively of late, recording multiple steals in five of his last seven games.
This matchup sets up well from a fantasy perspective. Dallas has allowed the most FPPG to starting shooting guards over their last 20 games, giving Murphy a strong floor even if the Pelicans remain at full strength. However, Dejounte Murray is currently questionable with an illness, and his absence could significantly elevate Murphy’s ceiling. Prior to Murray’s season debut on February 24th, Murphy consistently handled a larger offensive role and flashed 50+ DKFP upside in several contests.
PG Ryan Nembhard, DAL | DK: $3.4k, FD: $3.9k | at NOP
Nembhard has served as the Mavericks’ starting point guard in each of the last two games and is projected to draw a third straight start tonight. In those contests, he has produced 24.75 and 27.0 DKFP while logging 24 and 27 minutes, respectively. Nembhard can take a backseat offensively at times, with his most reliable fantasy production coming through assists, but he has still averaged a respectable 0.92 FPPM over his last 20 games as a starter and is expected to land in the mid-20s minutes again tonight. We’ve also seen flashes of upside out of Nembhard in this starting role, highlighted by a 50.25 DKFP performance earlier this season (Dec. 1 at DEN). It’s simply difficult to ignore a starting point guard priced under $4,000 on both sites, especially in a game carrying a 240.5 total.

Small Forwards/Power Forwards to Consider 🏀
PF Jalen Johnson, ATL | DK: $10.9k, FD: $11.2k | vs. ORL
Johnson continues to anchor Atlanta’s offense during the team’s current nine-game winning streak and is coming off a 23-point, 12-assist, 10-rebound triple-double (57.5 DKFP) in his last outing. He’s been filling the stat sheet consistently, averaging 25.2 points, 9.0 assists, and 8.2 rebounds over his last five games while routinely pushing toward 50+ DKFP. This game also carries one of the tighter spreads on the slate (ATL -3.5), with both teams jockeying for position in the Eastern Conference standings, which should help keep the starters fully engaged. While Orlando typically grades out as a strong defensive team (10th in DEFRTG), they’ve struggled against opposing power forwards recently, ranking 26th in DvP versus the position over their last 10 games. It all adds up to keeping Johnson firmly in play as one of the top spend-up options tonight.
PF Gui Santos, GSW | DK: $7.3k, FD: $6.8k | at WAS
The Warriors continue to play without Steph Curry, who has been sidelined since January 30, along with several other key starters and rotation pieces. That depleted roster has contributed to their current five-game losing streak, but Golden State still sits in position to reach the postseason via the play-in tournament. They’ll have a strong opportunity to snap that skid tonight against the tanking Wizards, who head in with an 11-game losing streak of their own.
Gui Santos has begun to find his rhythm again and has produced a well-rounded stat line across his last five starts, averaging 18.2 PPG, 6.8 RPG, and 4.8 APG, good for 37.5 DKFP per game. The matchup couldn’t be much better, as Washington ranks 29th in DEFRTG and dead last in DvP versus starting small forwards. With the Warriors favored by only 7.5 points, there’s a good chance the starters log full minutes in what should be a competitive spot despite Golden State playing on the second leg of a back-to-back. Santos also only logged 32 minutes last night, so he should still be relatively fresh.

SF/PF Leonard Miller, CHI | DK: $4.3k, FD: $4.5k | vs. MEM
The Bulls will be without Isaac Okoro (knee) for a fourth straight game, which should give Miller another opportunity in the starting lineup. He has started each of the last three contests with Okoro sidelined and has taken advantage of the expanded role. During that stretch, Miller is averaging 15.3 points and 9.3 rebounds, translating to 33.5 DKFP/gm while logging 35.0 minutes/gm.
It’s worth noting that both Jalen Smith and Guerschon Yabusele missed time during that span and will be available tonight, so Miller’s minutes could take a hit even if he draws another start. Still, at these price points, he remains a viable value option after making the most of his recent opportunity.
Other Forwards to Consider
PF Paolo Banchero, ORL at ATL
SF/PF Deni Avdija, POR at BKN
PF Jayson Tatum, BOS vs. PHX
PF Matas Buzelis, CHI vs. MEM
PF Zion Williamson, NOP vs. DAL (Boost if Murray is out)
SF/SG Jalen Green, PHX at BOS
PF/C Danny Wolf, BKN vs. POR
SF/PF Tristan da Silva, ORL at ATL
PF/C Taylor Hendricks, MEM at CHI
SF Jaylen Wells, MEM at CHI
SF/PF Herbert Jones, NOP vs. DAL
PF/C Josh Minott, BKN vs. POR
PF Tyler Burton, MEM at CHI
FanDuel Main Slate Only
SF/PF Kevin Durant, HOU vs. LAL (Boost if Sengun is out)
SF/PF Derrick Jones Jr., LAC vs. SAS
Centers to Consider 🏀
C Donovan Clingan, POR | DK: $7.8k, FD: $7.5k | at BKN
FanDuel players will have the option to spend up on Victor Wembanyama tonight, but if we’re just focusing on the six mutually shared games between DK and FD, center is looking pretty thin on this slate. That helps Clingan stand out as one of the stronger options at the position. The second-year big man has been extremely productive recently, averaging 14.0 points, 13.0 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks across his last five games while producing 42.7 DKFP per contest.
There’s also a strong chance his minutes climb into the 30+ range tonight. Backup center Robert Williams (knee injury maintenance) is currently listed as questionable and has yet to play both ends of a back-to-back this season, which makes him a good bet to sit tonight. If that happens, Clingan’s workload becomes even more appealing given that he’s averaging an excellent 1.48 FPPM across his last 20 starts. The matchup also works in his favor. Brooklyn has struggled inside all season, ranking 26th in rebounding percentage and 25th in points allowed in the paint (53.3 per game). With elite per-minute production and a path to heavier minutes, Clingan warrants plenty of consideration this evening.

C Jalen Smith, CHI | DK: $5.2k, FD: $5.7k | vs. MEM
After missing the Bulls’ last game with a calf issue, Smith is off the injury report and is expected to draw the start at center tonight. While injuries have limited his ability to fully capitalize on the departure of Nikola Vucevic at the trade deadline, Smith remains a strong per-minute producer and should have an opportunity to approach the 28-minute range in this spot. He has averaged 1.08 FPPM across his last 20 starts and draws a favorable matchup against a depleted Memphis frontcourt that has allowed 1.34 FPPM to starting centers over its last five games. If the minutes cooperate, Smith offers legitimate double-double upside in a game that carries the fastest combined pace and highest total on the slate.
Other Centers to Consider
C Onyeka Okongwu, ATL vs. ORL
C Wendell Carter Jr., ORL at ATL
C/PF Kristaps Porzingis, GSW at WAS
C Tristan Vukcevic, WAS vs. GSW (Boost if starting)
C Marvin Bagley III, DAL at NOP
C Nick Richards, CHI vs. MEM
C Yves Missi, NOP vs. DAL
FanDuel Main Slate Only
C/PF Victor Wembanyama, SAS at LAC
C Brook Lopez, LAC vs. SAS
C Clint Capela, HOU vs. LAL (Only if Sengun is out)
