E.Gordo seeks to win your affection tonight 😚

Guards

Eric Gordon, HOU [@PHO] (DK: $7.4k, FD: $8.1k)

Since Harden went down with his hamstring injury, Gordon has been averaging 35 minutes and 42 fantasy points per game. Vegas has this as the highest scoring game of the night at 227 points with the Rockets being favored by 7. The Suns usually do a good job keeping games close, so players on both sides of this game are going to be in play tonight. The Suns rank 25th versus starting shooting guards, so all signs point to Gordon putting up another good game tonight.

Eric Bledsoe, MIL [vs GS] (DK: $6.9k, FD $7.7k)

This is slated to be the 2nd highest scoring game of the night at 224.5 points with a fairly tight spread of 6 points in favor of the Warriors. Bledsoe has been playing well in up-pace games which he gets tonight along with a small salary drop to help make him playable. This is a tournament only play though with Bledsoe's inconsistency but he has a ceiling of 50 fantasy points in a high scoring up-pace matchup like this for an affordable salary.

Jeff Teague, MIN [vs NY] (DK: $5.6k, FD: $5.9k)

Jeff Teague returned from injury on Wednesday and logged 26 minutes of court time. It sounded like he could have played more if he was needed. He's still getting a slight discount from his injury time off, so take advantage while you can. He gets a very nice matchup tonight against the Knicks who rank 20th against starting point guards allowing 34 fantasy points a game and even more at home. The Concern here is that Minnesota is favored by 9.5 and this could turn into a blowout. So if you do play Teague you may want to take Knick(s) as well who would be responsible for keeping the game close.

Forwards

Thaddeus Young loves playing against the Cavs.

Thaddeus Young, IND [vs CLE] (DK: $5.4k, FD: $5.9k)

Thaddeus Young had a bit of a winter slump through December but it appears that he is finally awaking from his slumber. He loves playing against the Cavs as seen by his 34 and 42 fantasy point games this season and a 35 fantasy point average against them over the last 5 games. This is one of the higher scoring contests tonight at 220.5 points and only a 2 point spread in favor of Cleveland. Take advantage of Young's discounted salary tonight.

Gerald Green, HOU [@PHO] (DK: $5.5k, FD: $4.8k)

Green has put up 31 fantasy points per game in 30 minutes per game since Harden went down with injury. He's still too cheap for someone with the production he has been seeing. He comes with a fairly high ceiling of around 40 fantasy points as well. There also is the revenge narrative from Green being released by the Suns 3 years ago after he felt he wasn't being played enough, if you want to buy into a grudge held for 3 years.

Dragan Bender, PHO [vs HOU] (DK: $4.3k, FD: $3.5k)

Marquese Chriss has already been ruled out for this game which will slide Bender into the starting power forward role tonight. Josh Jackson is doubtful as well, so Jared Dudley should be considered in play tonight as well. Don't expect the 40+ point game Bender put up on Sunday, but with 30 minutes of court time he should easily be able to provide value tonight.

Centers

Marc Gasol, MEM [@DEN] (DK: $7.5k, FD: $8.4k)

He makes for a better DraftKings play today with the reduced salary tonight. Gasol has put together 2 very strong games in a row now and he's played well versus Denver on the road. Denver is ranked 28th against starting centers and this is a positive pace matchup for the Grizzlies. Vegas has Denver favored by 7.5 points here so the Grizzlies are going to need to keep up tonight and attacking with Gasol at center should be the way they do that.

Bismack Biyombo, ORL [@WAS] (DK: $5.6k, FD: $5.5k)

He draws a very favorable matchup versus the Wizards who are ranked 27th against starting centers allowing 33 fantasy points a game. The Wizards just allowed Ekpe Udoh to roll over them for 42 fantasy points on Wednesday. Marreese Speights has been stealing a little extra play time from Biyombo over the last few games and could be a viable option as well if the Wizards blow out Orlando as they're currently 10.5 point favorites.

Al Jefferson, IND [vs CLE] (DK: $3k, FD: $3.8k)

If you're looking to save some salary tonight, Al Jefferson could be worth a flier tonight. Myles Turner remains out so Jefferson is going to pickup some extra backup minutes again. His ceiling is limited but if Sabonis were to get into foul trouble, Jefferson could have a big game for a minimum salary. Jefferson is seeing around 16-18 minutes on the court with 17 FPPG while Myles Turner is out.
