Guards
Avery Bradley, DET [vs PHO] (DK: $6.1k, FD: $5.3k)
Bradley gets to face the Suns who are ranked dead last against starting shooting guards allowing 36 fantasy points per game and more on the road. Bradly has hit a bit of a slump over the last 3 games but is still seeing over 30 minutes a game. He took 14 shots last outing but only got 5 to fall, with an easier match-up and huge pace bump, this game has a good chance to bust Bradley out of his slump.
Dennis Smith Jr, DAL [vs BKN] (DK: $5.6k, FD: $5.8k)
You can't ask for a much better match-up than Smith has tonight, facing the 26th ranked defense versus point guards allowing 37 fantasy points a game. The Nets provide a huge pace bump for Dallas as well, with the Nets being 2nd highest in pace and the Mavericks 25th. The Nets have also been hammered by the injury bug as of late leaving them short handed. Vegas has this as a game within reach for the nets at 5.5 points, so things shouldn't get out of control.
Michael Carter-Williams, CHA [@TOR] (DK: $4.2k, FD: $5.2k)
Kemba Walker has already been ruled out for tonight's game with a shoulder injury, and MCW will get the start at point guard tonight. He's got a tough task in-front of him with Lowry defending but for this salary should certainly be able to provide value tonight. If you're looking for a pivot off of MCW, consider Jeremy Lamb who also sees a usage bump when Walker is off the court. With Kemba out, also consider Kyle Lowry on the other side of the ball who is line for a much easier match-up tonight.
Forwards
Tobias Harris, DET [vs PHO] (DK: $6.5k, FD: $6.7k)
The Suns have been getting absolutely destroyed by power forwards this entire season. Over the last 5 games they have allowed Middleton, Markkanen and Gibson to all surpass 40 fantasy points. Vegas has this game as a likely blowout with Detroit favored by 11.5 but the Suns could keep it close for long enough to allow Harris to collect some of those free fantasy points up for grabs against the non existent Suns defense.
Robert Covington, PHI [vs WAS] (DK: $6.2k, FD: $6.2k)
In his last two outings against the Wizards he's had 2 huge games averaging around 50 fantasy points a game. This game is setting up nicely for him as well, with John Wall out on the other side, and the 76ers could be without Ben Simmons tonight who is dealing with an ankle injury sustained last game. T.J. McConnell would be in line for the biggest boost without Simmons on the court, but don't sleep on Covington tonight at this very fair salary.
DeMarre Carroll, BKN [@DAL] (DK: $5.8k, FD: $5.8k)
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Allen Crabbe are doubtful for tonight's game. Carroll sat out last game with an illness but has not been included on the latest injury report he he should be ready to roll again. Without those two on the court Carroll sees the largest usage increase and should be in line for a ton of minutes tonight in what should be a fairly competitive game. Dallas is ranked 22nd against starting small forwards allowing 29 fantasy points a game so Carroll has a good match-up as well.
Centers
DeMarcus Cousins, NO [vs MIN] (DK: $11k, FD: $10.9k)
Cousins has been in a bit of a slump over the last 5 games, but is in a prime bounce back spot tonight against the Timberwolves. Minnesota is ranked 22nd against starting centers allowing 33 fantasy points a game. This game has the highest over under that Vegas doesn't' have as a blowout with only a 5.5 point spread in favor of the Pelicans. Cousins had a huge game versus MIN earlier this month with 72 fantasy points, and will look to do the same tonight.
Clint Capela, HOU [vs IND] (DK: $7.4k, FD: $7.6k)
Capela gets one of the better match-ups of the night for starting centers against the Pacers who are ranked 29th allowing 37 fantasy points a game. His last outing against the Pacers on Nov 12th he banked 45 fantasy points in 32 minutes of action, though that was without Chris Paul and Nene. Nene Hilario is a game time call tonight, so Tarik Black could be worth another look as well, with this game being in the blowout range with a 12 point spread in favor of the Rockets.
Steven Adams, OKC [@ORL] (DK: $5.5k, FD: $5.6k)
If you plan on playing Westbrook tonight you should pair him with Adams as most centers (or PF's) and point guard teammates will have correlation boosts when played together. Adams gets to face the Magic who are ranked 27th against starting centers allowing 35 fantasy points a game.
