Kemba swag

Guards

Kemba Walker, CHA [vs WAS] (DK: $7.5k, FD: $7.9k)

Vegas has this as one of the higher scoring tight games on the night at 214 points with only a 1.5 point spread in favor of Charlotte. Kemba has had to log 34+ minutes in each of the last 5 games against the Wizards. With the tight spread tonight it's looking like a good chance of logging heavy minutes yet again. The Wizards have allowed 30+ fantasy points to each of the last 5 starting point guards they've faced.

Kent Bazemore, ATL [vs NO] (DK: $5.5k, FD: $5.7k)

The Pelicans have played 2 overtime games in the last 4 days and are on the back leg of a back to back tonight so they may be a little tired to go run out to guard Bazemore tonight. New Orleans is ranked 22nd against starting shooting guards allowing 33 fantasy points a game and a bit more while they're on the road. Bazemore has huge games occasionally and the stars look aligned for him tonight.

De'Aaron Fox, SAC [vs UTA] (DK: $5.1k, FD: $6.2k)

The Kings are getting their young guys more play time and they have a winnable game here against Utah who are only favored by 4.5 points. Fox draws a very favorable matchup versus the 30th ranked defense versus starting point guards allowing 39 fantasy points a game and even more when they're on the road. His salary is low for a starting point guard that should be a lock for 30 minutes tonight.

Forwards

Ersan has a prime matchup

Kyle Kuzma, LAL [@OKC] (DK: $5.9k, FD: $5.9k)

The Lakers will likely be without Ball tonight with Brandon Ingram and Larry Nance Jr questionable which would open up more court time and usage for Kuzma. Vegas has this as a fairly high scoring game at a 216.5 point total and the Thunder being favored by 9.5 points. Look for the injury news, if either of those guys miss Kuzma should be in line for a nice game tonight.

Ersan Ilyasova, ATL [vs NO] (DK: $5.2k, FD: $5.2k)

The Pelicans have been getting destroyed by power forwards over the last 5 games, giving up 39 or more fantasy points to each starter. As mentioned above the Pelicans have got to be tired after playing 2 overtime games in the last 4 days and on the back end of a back to back set. Ersan has been playing close to 30 minutes per game lately with multiple Hawks who are probable to play but beat up.

Reggie Bullock, DET [@TOR] (DK: $4.6k, FD: $4k)

Detroit has 3 players questionable for tonight - Avery Bradley being the big question mark of the group. If Avery to miss, Bullock sees an average of 2% additional usage and 5 extra fantasy points a game. He still really only has a ceiling of around 30 so he's really more of a cash game play if Avery misses but if you're desperate for salary and wanted a safe floor in a tournament he could do in a pinch.

Centers

Marc Gasol wants it all.

Marc Gasol, MEM [vs NY] (DK: $7.8k, FD: $8.5k)

Gasol gets to face the Knicks tonight who are ranked 23rd against starting centers allowing 33 fantasy points a game. The Grizzlies are only favored by 2 points here so Gasol should have to log his usual 35 minutes tonight if they want to secure this win. Gasol typically plays a little better while playing at home and this game is a slight pace increase as well.

Steven Adams, OKC [vs LAL] (DK: $6.5k, FD: $6.9k)

Vegas only has the Thunder favored by 9.5 points but don't be surprised if that gets closer to 12 points by game time, as this game could easily be a blow out. Adams thrives in blowout situations as seen by most of his games versus the Lakers in the last 2 years. The Lakers are ranked 30th against starting centers allowing 34 fantasy points a game.

Willie Reed, LAC [vs DEN] (DK: $4k, FD: $4.2k)

Doc Rivers said that he'd be surprised if DeAndre Jordan returned before the weekend, so it's sounding like Jordan is closer to doubtful today. Take note though, this is the late game and there is always a good chance we won't know DeAndre Jordan's status before the main slate locks!! Reed only saw 10 minutes last game against the Rockets but his size should be a little more necessary tonight versus Denver. Denver is also on the 2nd game of a back to back so Reed should have a nice fresh legs advantage tonight.
