Top NBA Plays 11/7 | Virtual Sports Bar and Conference Room

The LineStar App has a ton of data-driven tools that make breaking down a nightly DFS slate efficient and user-friendly. One of the best resources though is also the real-time chat room that is basically a network of DFS savants discussing the night's slate. It's the best place to learn about late breaking injury reports, under-the-radar angles, and just who the DFS community likes or HATES on a daily basis.

Thursday's 4-game card is a great example of how the chat room can be a nice supplement to building a roster. There are only 8 teams in action, everybody knows the heavy hitters. It's finding the sleepers and the value that will lead us to the promised land. Make sure to hit this virtual sports bar whenever you can, no dress code enforced.

Tonight's DFS Headlines

4 games upcoming for Thursday November 11th.

The Clippers are the only team in the back end of consecutive games tonight as they host the Trail Blazers in the late TNT game. LAC is a 5.5 favorite despite being in a fast paced 124-129 loss to Milwaukee on Wednesday. Kawhi Leonard ($9600) did sit for load management last night however.

The Spurs could be without Derrick White (Q-glute) when they host Oklahoma City. Dejounte Murray ($6300) would be the obvious boost but look out for somebody like Patty Mills ($3700) as a value play.

Derrick Jones also re-aggravated a shoulder injury and will likely miss the Heat's game at Phoenix. Miami mostly still has back court plays Thursday anyway. Devin Booker ($8400) had a smoking 15-19 night from the field last game, but loses value against Miami's #4 team in defensive efficiency.

Charlotte has flip-flopped solid offensive outings in every game this season (126,99, 101, 96, 118, 93) and had 122 points in the win over Indiana on Thursday. Might be a good idea to stay away from Hornets players, especially vs. Boston's #6 defense in points allowed. It's also the "Kemba Walker ($9,300) Revenge Game" against the Hornets but even ESPN виды спорта is covering that angle.

Guards

Justise Winslow (DK: $5,200 FD: $6100 Y! $22)

He put up a disappointing 18 fantasy points last game but there's reason to think Justise Winslow has a better performance today. First off, Tuesday's game was against the slow and methodical Nuggets offense that is 27th in the league in pace. The Heat have Phoenix tonight, who rank 8th in possessions per game. Winslow was just 5-11 from the field against Denver, but the Miami PG was working his way into normalcy after missing the two games prior with back stiffness. He still logged 30 minutes, which is nice, and with Derrick Jones, Jr. possibly being out for Miami, that's one less option to steal shot attempts.

You can even save couple bucks on a Winslow play tonight.

Bryn Forbes (DK: $4300 FD: $4300 Y! $10)

Bryn Forbes is probably your safe floor guy for the night with a slight chance at an upside game. For one, he'll be seeing the floor with 29+ minutes in 4 of 7 games this season. That's especially true with Derrick White possibly missing tonight's game with Oklahoma City because he pulled a Fusilli Jerry and is out with a sore buttocks. Forbes sees a slight uptick in production with White out of the lineup and has scored in double figures in 6 of 7 games as it is. Forbes may not approach the 40fp mark, but at least he's not likely to dip below 24 either.

He may not wow you, but Forbes won't leave you in shambles either.

Chris Paul (DK: $6500 FD: $7300 Y! $27)

Much better value on DK for Chris Paul tonight. The Spurs potentially being down a guard in the back court not only boosts usage for San Antonio players, it also helps Paul in this situation. Sure it's been against elite players such as Trae Young, LeBron James, D'Angelo Russell and Damian Lillard but the Spurs have allowed 48 or more fantasy points to 4 of the last 5 PG they've faced. Paul has gone for 35+ fantasy points in three straight. What's even better is that CP3 can score in a variety of ways. He has 15 total assists the last two games, and 9 combined steals the two prior.

Opponents have done well vs. the Spurs back court, and that's when fully healthy.

People may be looking at Patty Mills as a value play with White out, but remember that his 42 and 24 point fantasy nights have come against the faster pace of Golden State and Atlanta. Also often overlooked in the Kemba Revenge angle is the Terry Rozier revenge angle, the person he was traded for. Rozier has 17, 15, 17, and 19 shots the last four games.

Forwards

Kawhi Leonard (DK: $9,600 FD: $10800 Y!: $48)

There are minimal 'big dogs' in action tonight except for maybe Kemba Walker (47+ fp last four) or Dame Lillard ($52+ in four straight) which makes Kawhi Leonard a no-brainer as the ceiling play to build around. Leonard sat Wednesday while his team was in an exhausting 124-129 battle with the Bucks. Lou Williams, Patrick Beverley, Montrezl Harrell, and JaMychal Green all played more than 32 minutes last night so Kawhi can shoot as often as he wants tonight vs. the #22 defensive efficiency Portland squad. Leonard had a 38 point, 12 rebound performance after returning from load management in a back-to-back last time.

Jayson Tatum (DK: $7,800 FD: $8,000 Y!: $35)

Gordon Hayward ($7300) had a 59 point fantasy night for Boston on Tuesday, but is he really going to shoot 17-20 from the field again? Therefore Jayson Tatum becomes the Celtics front court play vs. a Hornets squad that is leaking against the SF position. Four straight SF's have put up at least 36 fantasy points vs. Charlotte including a 57.5 and a 48.5. Tatum has 22, 17, 22, 17, and 16 field goal attempts the last 5 games.

The small forward position has had success vs. Charlotte as of late.

Rodney Hood (DK: $3800 FD: $4400 Y! $12)

One thing you can say about Rodney Hood is that at least he's out there. Hood has 30+ minutes in six straight games but with a high water mark of just 34 fantasy points and three sub-20 nights over that span. The good thing is that Portland is up against a worn down Clippers team that is on 0 days rest. Kawhi is fresh, but three other front court players logged 30 or more minutes vs. the Bucks last night.

Nearly the whole Blazers lineup should be in play vs. a worn down Clips team.

Montrezl Harrell ($6200) blew up last night but don't expect a repeat performance after he logged 39 minutes and had 25 shots with Leonard out of the lineup. P.J. Washington ($5,900) is in a good matchup with a Boston front court possibly missing Enes Kanter, Jaylen Brown, and Robert Williams. Washington himself is a game-time-decision however.

Center

Hassan Whiteside (DK: $6,400, FD; $7,500 Y!:$25 )

Any production out of the C position is a bonus tonight, as this slate is kind of ugly for big men. Hassan Whiteside had a nice night in a faster paced game with the Warriors on Monday, getting 14 shots and grabbing 14 boards en route to a 41 point fantasy night. Whiteside facing a Clippers front court that is exhausted after last night's horse race with Milwaukee doesn't hurt either.

Whiteside likes the Clippers matchup.

🏀👍👍 Other Likes 👍👍🏀

There's something to not like about pretty much every center on the slate tonight except maybe Bam Adebayo ($7000) and even he's been down with a 26 and a 28 point fantasy night the last two.

🔥 SuperDraft Multiplier Must-Play

Today's SuperDraft multiplier must-play is Kawhi Leonard. The Clippers are playing on 0 days rest but Leonard was out last night vs. the Bucks for load management. 4 Clippers players logged 30 or more minutes vs. Milwaukee so Leonard should have free reign in the offense. It's a smaller slate with only 4 games as well, and Leonard went for 38 points and 12 boards the last time he played on the second leg of consecutive games while sitting out the first.
