James Harden had 60 points in 3 quarters on Saturday for an 85 point fp night. Is he an automatic start tonight vs. the Spurs poor defense - or is that the route everybody is going to take? The Harden Conundrum is becoming a thing - especially on a night with Luka Doncic in action as well.

A lot of Houston players have value up against the Spurs 3rd worst defense tonight. The Rockets dropped 158 on Saturday vs. Atlanta.

Portland at the Clippers also looks high scoring with an o/u of 230.

Guards

Evan Fournier DK $6.2k | FD $6.9k

Not a bad price tag for Evan Fournier, who has two 40+ fp outputs in his last three games. It's great matchup for Orlando tonight against Washington and the league's dead last defense in points/game allowed and opponent's field goal percentage. Fournier has 21+ shots in 3 of the last 5 games, which should continue as the Magic get the best pace bump of the night.

Lou Williams DK $6.4k | FD $7.2k

Lou Williams' price tonight vs. Portland has conspiracy theorists up in arms. The last time the Clippers played the Trail Blazers on November 7th, Williams got to the charity stripe 12 times en route to a 26 point, 8 assist night. Granted, that was without Paul George and Williams has gone just 8-20 combined in his last two. He went for 35+ in 4 of 5 games prior though and likes the matchup vs. Lillard and McCollum.

Bryn Forbes DK $3.8k | FD $4.2k

If there's ever a 'Bryn Forbes Night' it's tonight as the Spurs face Houston. San Antonio gets a nice pace boost and if Harden shoots like he did last game, this will turn into a rec league defensive game. Forbes did hit for a 40fp night vs. Washington's horrible defense, and the Rockets are allowing 30.8fppg to SG starters.

Dejounte Murray ($4.8k) may be the Spurs play to take advantage of the Houston pace. Murray also gets a 11.42 fp boost with Lamarcus Aldridge out of the lineup.

Forwards

Will Barton DK $6.1k | $6.9k

The Lakers have the league's #3 best unit in defensive efficiency, but they've also allowed 38+ fp to Jae Crowder, Brandon Ingram, and DeMar DeRozan over the last 5 games. That bodes well for Will Barton, who has gone for 40+ fantasy points in three straight games. Barton has 8+ rebounds, 4+ assists, and 13+ field goal attempts in each of those games - not to mention 37 and 41 minutes the last two. The Lakers playing on leg one of a back-to-back doesn't hurt the production either.

Tim Hardaway DK $4.6k | FD $5.0k

Tim Hardaway showed a nice ceiling game in a fast paced game against Houston on November 24th. He shot 10-18 from the field en route to a 50 fp night. Hardaway is in a nice spot to repeat vs. the Pelicans #5 team in possessions per game and #26 in defensive efficiency. Hardaway sees time at the G and F position, and New Orleans is especially bad against the back court, giving up 37.2 fppg to SG starters. Luka Doncic could see his minutes cut with the Mavs being on the front end of a back-to-back, which bodes even better for Hardaway.

Ben McLemore DK $5.1k | FD $3.7k

Danuel House has been battling an illness which could put Ben McLemore in a great spot vs. the Spurs bottom 3 defense. McLemore was able to get 30 minutes on Saturday, going 9-14 while grabbing 13 rebounds. That was in a blowout win vs. Atlanta, but with the way the Spurs defense has been - and with Harden playing out of this world - there's nothing saying the Rockets can't repeat the feat.

JaVale McGee DK $4.1k | FD $4.1k

The Lakers are on the front end of a back-to-back tonight, so what does that do for Anthony Davis' ($9.6k) playing time (GTD - shoulder). JaVale McGee is the starter at C either way, but perhaps Los Angeles wants to save some of its resources for tomorrow night's tilt in Utah (even though Denver is the #2 seed right now). McGee had a ceiling game Friday vs. Washington, going 5-7 from the field with 11 boards. Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets defense has allowed 30+ points to 3 of 5 centers, including a 21 rebound night vs. Clint Capela.

Bam Adebayo ($7.4k) had been on a nice roll (40+ fp in 3 of 4)but he has a tough matchup with the Toronto front court tonight. Finally starting to see the price drop for Jokic ($9.9k), as it should with his 29 point fp night last time out. Unknown value on Clint Capela ($7.8k) as he supposedly returns from a respiratory infection (on limited minutes?), trying to continue 3 games out of the last 4 with 20+ rebounds
