TONIGHT IS YOUR NIGHT DAMMIT!

Guards

Elfrid Payton, ORL [vs SAC] (DK: $6.9k, FD: $7.1k)

The top point guards all have significant blowout risk tonight which makes paying up for them a little worrisome. Payton's price is up but still almost half the price of Westbrook today. Westbrook is the obvious safer play but Payton generally makes for a good tournament play. Vegas has this as a 214 point total with a 6.5 point spread in favor of the Magic, and the young Kings guys have been playing well enough to keep this game close.

De'Aaron Fox, SAC [@ORL] (DK: $5.2k, FD: $5.7k)

Fox has seen his minutes and usage go up since the Kings have started resting their veterans and to give the young guys more play time. They're on the 2nd half of a back to back tonight but it shouldn't slow down these young guys. Fox gets a nice matchup versus Orlando who ranks 25th against starting point guards allowing 37 fantasy points a game but they've been better when playing at home.

Dejounte Murray, SA [vs CLE] (DK: $4.6k, FD: $4.8k)

Gregg Popovich has passed on the torch, handing the starting PG position from Tony Parker over to Dejounte Murray. While this really doesn't change things all that much as the minutes won't change dramatically but with Gasol out this could mean some additional usage coming Murray's way. Tony Parker actually should see increased usage from the bench as well, and is worth consideration as well. Cleveland has been much better against starting point guards lately as they rank 9th but are giving up a little extra on the road.

Forwards

Kristaps Porzingis, NY [@GS] (DK: $8.5k, FD: $8.7k)

Vegas has the Warriors favored by 14 points here, so if there is any chance this game stays close Porzingis is going to need to have a big game. He's played well in similar games averaging 47 fantasy points with the Knicks big underdogs and he plays well in high scoring games. His price has dropped a bit making him a good tournament option tonight. If you're going to roll with him, you'll likely want at least one Golden State guy to pair him with if this game stays close.

LaMarcus Aldridge, SA [vs CLE] (DK: $8.7k, FD: $9.5k)

Pau Gasol has been ruled out of tonight's game, and without him on the court Aldridge sees +1% usage and +5fp per 48 mins. Aldridge already has to carry a heavy load without Kawahi playing. Vegas has this as a very close game with only a 1.5 point spread in favor of Cleveland with a 210 point total. The Cavs are ranked 21st against starting power forwards allowing 32 fantasy points per game. There is a decent chance Aldridge rests tomorrow, so he should see a heavy workload tonight.

Carmelo Anthony, OKC [vs BKN] (DK: $6.6k, FD: $7.2k)

Melo has been playing very well over the last 3 games, averaging 42 fantasy points per game over those games. The Thunder and favored by 10 points here and these are typically the types of games that Adams and Anthony handle more of the ball with Westbrook taking over in tight close games. The Nets are ranked 20th against starting power forwards allowing 31 fantasy points a game.

Centers

Steven Adams expected to have a starring role tonight vs Brooklyn.

Steven Adams, OKC [vs BKN] (DK: $6.8k, FD: $7.5k)

As noted in the Carmelo section, when the Thunder are big favorites generally Anthony and Adams take over more of a role, their way of getting Westbrook some rest. Adams is averaging 35 fantasy points when the Thunder and favored by 8 or more points. He's been on a hot streak over the last 4 games which has driven his price up and his ceiling isn't that high, so he's more of a cash game play tonight. The Nets are ranked 29th against starting centers allowing 35 fantasy points a game, and a bit more while they're on the road.

Julius Randle, LAL [vs BOS] (DK: $6.6k, FD: $6.6k)

Lonzo Ball remains out for this game, and Caldwell-Pope is a game time decision with Ingram likely to play. Without Ball on the court Randle sees +1.3% usage and +5.7 fantasy points per 48 mins. He's more likely to hit his ceiling without Ball on the court. Vegas has this as a close game with Boston only favored by 5 points to win tonight. Randle was able to put up 37 fantasy points in just 21 minutes versus Boston off the bench earlier this season, though that was without Horford playing.

Skal Labissiere, SAC [@ORL] (DK: $4.4k, FD: $5.4k)

Going with more of the Kings young guys, Koufos started and played 17 minutes so there's a decent chance he rests tonight which leaves Labissiere with a large role again tonight. Zach Randolph while probably starting, will likely be limited in minutes to get more of Labissiere on the floor. It's only a 6.5 point game, so the coach will probably want to see these young guys fight for a win tonight.
