It's a 9-game slate for December 9th, making this a Golden Night for DFS purposes. Does that make Golden State a play tonight as well? How about Sacramento, even though they aren't playing at the Golden 1 Center? Let's figure it out:

Tonight's DFS Headlines

Kawhi Leonard is out after the back-to-back, meaning Paul George gets a bulk of the load against his old squad the Pacers.

The Kings are also on the back-to-back and really don't have the horses to hang with Houston's fast paced offense. This one could get ugly with the Rockets -12 point favorites.

It's looking like a good night to maybe target some Pistons players. The total for Detroit @ New Orleans is 226, which is up there for Drummond and Co.

The Timberwolves and Phoenix get together with a betting total of 233.5. Minnesota is also on the back-to-back though after giving up 142 to the Lakers yesterday.

Guards

Ricky Rubio DK $7.0k | FD $7.6k

Ricky Rubio faces the top two teams in pace in back-to-back games. He put up 5-16 shooting night Saturday vs. Houston but did have 13 assists. It was the second straight game with 13+ assists for Rubio who should have a similar amount of opportunities tonight vs. the T'Wolves, who are second to the Rockets in possessions per game. Minnesota is also in the back-to-back, and it's also a 🚨Revenge Game🚨 for Rubio who spent the first 6 years of his career with the Wolves.

Shabazz Napier DK $3.1k | FD $3.5k

Shabazz Napier has been slowly working his way back from a hamstring injury and he posted his best fp numbers of the month last game with a 5-9 shooting night with 6 assists. He did log a manageable 15 minutes in yesterday's loss to the Lakers - much less than Jeff Teague (25) and Jarrett Culver (24). Teague played through ankle soreness yesterday, but that could have his minutes reduced even further tonight which would open the door for more Napier usage vs. the Phoenix bottom 10 defense. The O/U for this one is 233.

Yogi Ferrell DK $4.4k | FD $3.7k

Solely a GPP purposes reach but Yogi Ferrell is in a nice spot vs. Houston's back court defense. Sacramento gets a nice 8 possession pace uptick and Ferrell should see increased minutes with Cory Joseph logging 28 and Buddy Hield 34 minutes last night in the Kings' win over Dallas. Ferrell was able to hit 6 of 11 shots two games ago vs. the Spurs.

Devin Booker ($8.5k) had a 65 point fantasy night last time vs. Minnesota and has a great pace boost tonight.

Forwards

Ben McLemore DK $5.3k | $5k

Ben McLemore was moved to the bench last game as Danuel House, Jr. got the start but the former Jayhawk seemed to relish the role. McLemore hit 10 of 15 shots, his second straight game with at least 15 field goal attempts. McLemore should see huge minutes as Houston is in a nice blowout spot as -12 favorites vs. Sacramento. It's also a 🚨Revenge Game🚨 for the former King.

Gordon Hayward DK $3k | FD $6k

Boston has a 7:30 ET tip-off tonight so we'll know whether or not Gordon Hayward does indeed return from his hand injury. Hayward practiced Sunday, and is likely going to be a GTD. If he does give it a go, that's a great price tag (on DK) for a guy who had gone for 46+ fp in 3 of 4 before being injured. Marcus Smart (eye) may miss this game for Boston, giving Hayward a bit better usage right off the bat.

Jaren Jackson, Jr. DK $6.3k | FD $7.6k

He's always an iffy play because the fouls are still up there enough to make you worry but Jaren Jackson, Jr. has just been launching lately. The Memphis PF has 18+ field goal attempts in 3 straight games and has a very favorable matchup with Golden State tonight. The Warriors are 25th in defensive efficiency on the year, and with Memphis' top 6 pace that's a lot of opportunities.

Paul George ($7.8k) played just 26 minutes yesterday, and should be fresh and ready to carry the load with Kawhi Leonard sitting on the B2B. Dario Saric ($5.9k) is up against his old mates Minnesota tonight as the Timberwolves play on 0 days rest.

Center

Khem Birch DK $4.9k | FD $5.8k

Opposing C's have been feeding off the Bucks fast paced offense and poor interiors defense as of late. That bodes well for Khem Birch of the Magic who has a 30 point ceiling game this month vs. Golden State. Ivica Zubic just went 6/10 with 12 boards vs. Milwaukee on Friday night and Andre Drummond approached 60 fp the game before.

Karl-Anthony Towns ($9.3k) had gone for 50+ fp in 5 of 6 but had that streak broken yesterday while also playing 36 minutes. Andre Drummond ($10.1k) is looking like a good building block vs. the Pelicans defense.
