Guards

Ball should be cash tonight!

Lonzo Ball, LAL [@GS] (DK: $7.6k, FD: $7.3k)

The Warriors are going to be without Curry, Green and possibly a few others. They have beat the Lakers all 3 games this season, and the Lakers could be licking their chops at the opportunity to finally take the Warriors down this season. The Warriors are 30th against starting point guards, allowing a massive 40 fantasy points a game. This game is slated as the highest scoring with 225.5 total points and a 7 point spread in favor of the Warriors, that the Lakers will likely be able to keep close.

Terry Rozier, BOS [vs WAS] (DK: $7.1k, FD: $7.3k)

It's a tough pill to swallow this inflated salary but the Celtics are in crisis management mode and will be without Kyrie Irving, Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, Daniel Theis and possibly Al Horford who is questionable. That group has 3 guys that play for 30+ minutes each per game and get the majority of Boston's usage. Rozier has proven that he can get the job done when Irving has been out in the past, and he's going to get the chance again tonight.

Tyler Johnson, MIA [@SAC] (DK: $5k, FD: $5k)

The Miami Heat have their own injury problems and are without Wade and Whiteside tonight, so TJ should be picking up some extra minutes and usage without those two guys available. It looks like Johnson could have a grudge against the Kings, as going back to 2014 he's played lights out basketball versus them, scoring 44, 30, 39, and 40 fantasy points. He goes off occasionally and tonight he has a more than decent chance to do it without Whiteside and Wade.

Forwards

Durant's usage will be off the charts tonight!

Kevin Durant, GS [vs LAL] (DK: $11.4k, FD: $10.5k)

This play is pretty simple, no Draymond Green or Stephen Curry means play Durant. With both of those guys off the court, Durant sees +7% usage and +8FP/32 mins. It's a high salary but he's got a safe floor and high ceiling making him the ultimate play today. Even with all of these starters missing, this game still has the highest point total of the night at 226 total points and a 7 point spread in favor of the Warriors.

Kyle Kuzma, LAL [@GS] (DK: $6.6k, FD: $6.8k)

Kuzma has played well against the Warriors this season, putting up games of 40 and 54 fantasy points against them. The Warriors are ranked 29th against starting small forwards, mostly as a bye-product of all of their high scoring games and opposing teams needing to keep up. The Lakers are on the 2nd leg of their back to back but they're mostly young and should be ready to brawl with a beat up Warriors team.

Bam Adebayo, MIA [@SAC] (DK: $4.3k, FD: $4.3k)

Hassan Whiteside remains out and Bam Adebayo has been filling in for him for 2 games now, neither of them great. He's a guy that can definitely get into foul trouble, which makes him unpredictable but he also has the ability to put up big games. As long as he doesn't get into foul trouble he has a chance to come close to 30 fantasy points tonight against the Kings who rank 25th against starting centers, allowing 36 fantasy points a game.

Centers

Brook Lopez, LAL [@GS] (DK: $6.1k, FD: $6.7k)

The options at center are pretty slim at center tonight, so it may be a position worth punting tonight. If you choose to spend up on Lopez, he's at least playing in a high scoring game and has been hot and playing well. The Warriors are 19th versus starting centers and have a fairly deep rotation of guys that Lopez will likely face tonight. After how poorly Lopez has played all season, it's hard to feel confident spending this much on him tonight, but he's got a chance to pay off.

Marcin Gortat, WAS [@BOS] (DK: $4.5k, FD: $4k)

Strictly a tournament play, as Gortat is pretty much a steaming pile of hot garbage right now. What he does have going for him, is that he's scored 33+ fantasy points in each of his games against Boston this season. Boston is beat up and the Wizards are actually favored here after 2 losses in a row, they're going to want to pretty badly secure this win against their rivals.

Tyler Zeller, MIL [@ORL] (DK: $3.2k, FD: $4k)

The Orlando Magic have lost 5 straight and have looked absolutely terrible, getting blown out in 2 of those games. There's a decent chance the Bucks could blow them out before halftime, which could mean a lot of Tyler Zeller on the court tonight. He's at near minimum pricing and really not all that risky of a play, as he's already seeing 20 minutes per game and playing well.
