Guards

Elfrid sponsoring crazy hair day.

Elfrid Payton, PHO [vs OKC] (DK: $6.8k, FD: $7.2k)

This game is slated as one of the higher point totals of the night at 224.5 total points with the Thunder being favored by 8 points. If the Suns are going to have a chance to win this game, crazy haired Elf is going to need to get hot. If you want to build a story that Elf gets hot and keeps this game close, or even pushes the Suns for a lead, then you can think about stacking Westbrook with Elf, which could push Westbrook to have a big game too.

Andrew Harrison, MEM [vs DEN] (DK: $6.3k, FD: $7k)

Warning: He's currently questionable to play, so keep an eye out for injury updates here. The Grizzlies have been dealing with all sorts of injuries, he's pretty much the last point guard standing for the team. If he doesn't play that means Mario Chalmers will be a must play, making him the actual last point guard standing on the team. Denver has been struggling against point guards lately, ranked 25th against starting point guards over the last 20 games.

Trey Burke, NY [@LAC] (DK: $5.1k, FD: $5.4k)

Since the Knicks have changed up their starting lineup it's hard to ignore what Burke has been doing off the bench. He's taken at least 15 shot attempts in each of the last 3 games. Now he gets the best matchup yet against the Clippers who are allowing ultra high scoring games every night. This game has a very high 225.5 total points with the Clippers being favored by 9 points, in blowout range which could definitely benefit Burke as well.

Forwards

Paul George, OKC [@PHO] (DK: $9k, FD: $8.7k)

This is the opposite side of the story as Elfrid Payton and Westbrook. The more likely scenario for this game is that the Thunder have a decent lead most of the night and Westbrook can just relax, in which case Paul George does more of the work as Westbrook generally only wakes up in close tough games. This game has a very high point total at 224.5 total points with an 8 point spread in favor of the Thunder who also get a nice pace increase going against the Suns.

Wilson Chandler, DEN [@MEM] (DK: $5.4k, FD: $5.6k)

Wilson Chandler has been super hot, and you just have to continue to ride this till it derails. Chandler has a history of doing this, he was hot at the end of the season last year so there is precedent that it can continue. His salary is still very low for a guy who has 4 games over 38 fantasy points in the last 6 games.

Jabari Parker, MIL [vs IND] (DK: $4.7k, FD: $4.9k)

Jabari Parker just put up a dud, and we should have seen it coming since it was a back to back and we weren't even expecting him to play earlier in the day. He ended up playing but only for 18 minutes in a blowout loss. It was a good sign however that they're allowing him to play in back to backs now. His minutes have been trending up and his salary is staying low. Tonight could be the night where he plays close to 30 minutes which will be a steal at this salary. Another thing to note, Giannis is questionable so if he misses or is limited, Parker could be in line for more usage.

Centers

Marc Gasol, MEM [vs DEN] (DK: $7.9k, FD: $8.5k)

Gasol offers a nice salary savings over some of the other top Centers tonight, who aren't in great spots. With all of the injuries the Grizzlies are dealing with, Gasol continues to play 30+ minutes a game on a consistent basis. Yes there is always the option he rests for a game now, so just keep an eye out for news on that. He's put up 42 and 48 fantasy points versus Denver this season and now gets to play them on his home court.

Blake Griffin, DET [@ORL] (DK: $7.4k, FD: $7.4k)

There is no question about it, Griffin has been terrible over the last 4 games. However his salary has dropped low enough that you have to start taking chances on this type of guy, as he's still capable of putting up 50 fantasy points any given night. Obviously he's a tournament only play because of how bad he's been. He's going to be low owned tonight even being this cheap, because of the red matchup he's got tonight.

Marcin Gortat, WAS [vs TOR] (DK: $4.7k, FD: $4.1k)

Gortat is only a tournament play and you're looking to go cheap at center. Gortat has played the Raptors 3 times this season, scoring 23, 29, and 41 fantasy points and not playing less than 26 minutes. Giving him a legitimate chance at 30 fantasy points tonight for well under $5k. The Raptors are ranked 21st against starting centers allowing 33 fantasy points a game. This game has a 216.5 total points and a very tight 3 point spread to keep things close and Gortat in the game.
