Guards

Damian Lillard, POR [@LAL] (DK: $9.7k, FD: $9.4k)

This game is setup with 224 total points, the highest point total on the night and it also comes with a very tight 2 point spread in favor of Portland. There are a lot of point guards in good spots tonight, so you're likely going to need to spend up at point guard tonight even more so than normal. Guys like Dragic are in a great spot, but are priced way up tonight, so you may as well spend a bit more on Damian Lillard who is in a good spot as well with a higher ceiling.

Lonzo Ball, LAL [vs POR] (DK: $7.3k, FD: $7.3k)

Lonzo Ball has been balling in every game since returning from injury. He's got another nice matchup tonight against Portland who rank 19th versus starting point guards. As mentioned above, this game has the highest point total of the night, and Ball is out to prove himself against one of the top point guards in the league. Portland, like most teams, are down pace team for the Lakers, so if they keep the lead the game might be a bit slower than we'd want.

Ben McLemore, MEM [@SA] (DK: $4.5k, FD: $4.2k)

Memphis is dealing with an extraordinary amount of injuries. Tyreke Evans, Mario Chalmers, Andrew Harrison have all been ruled out already. Ben McLemore has shown he can get the job done when the actual starters aren't on the court. He's taken 12+ shot attempts in the last 2 games, with decent rebound numbers as well. At this price, and with the sheer number of injuries, McLemore is going to be highly owned, but hard to get away from tonight.

Forwards

LeBron James, CLE [vs DET] (DK: $11.7k, FD: $12.5k)

The King is just playing too well to avoid playing him, especially at home, until his salary gets out of control. He's played 37+ minutes in the last 7 games straight and taking over 20 shots a game. This game has a very high 218.5 total points with a fairly close 6 point spread in favor of the Cavs. Not that the matchup matters for a guy like LeBron, but Detroit has been giving up a bit more points when they're on the road.

JaMychal Green, MEM [@SA] (DK: $6.8k, FD: $6.1k)

Green makes for a bit better play on FanDuel, as his DraftKings salary is getting a bit too high. As mentioned above, the Grizzlies already have 3 high usages players declared out. Marc Gasol and Jarell Martin are both questionable, if either or both of them miss, Green will be a must play again. The Spurs are ranked 25th against starting power forwards allowing 33 fantasy points a game.

Reggie Bullock, DET [@CLE] (DK: $4.6k, FD: $4.9k)

Reggie Bullock has been playing 30+ minutes per game for a while now, but his usage is starting to trend up allowing him to score more fantasy points. He's played well against the Cavs this season, putting up 26 and 29 fantasy points against them in starts this season. It's a nice matchup against the Cavs who are dealing with some injuries, there is no reason Bullock couldn't put up 30 fantasy points at this under $5k salary.

Centers

Andre Drummond, DET [@CLE] (DK: $9.5k, FD: $10.1k)

This will be an interesting game, as the Cavs are going to be without Tristan Thompson and Jeff Green. Which means it's going to come down to Larry Nance Jr and Ante Zizic to attempt to slow Drummond down, which neither likely can. So it seems like two things can happen, the Cavs let LeBron help against Drummond as well which will open up some other Detroit guys on the offense, or the Cavs just let Drummond own them and just worry about outscoring Drummond on the other end.

Jusuf Nurkic, POR [@LAL] (DK: $6.7k, FD: $6.3k)

Nurkic has a 46 fantasy point game against the Lakers earlier this season, and got injured in the other game this season. This game has the highest point total of the night, and makes for a nice pairing with Lillard. The Lakers are ranked around middle of the league against starting centers, but with this high scoring point total, it looks like defense is going to be mostly non-existant tonight. Nurkic has a very high ceiling, making him tournament playable most nights, but tonight he's much more playable on FanDuel than DraftKings due to the salary difference.

Ante Zizic, CLE [vs DET] (DK: $3k, FD: $3.5k)

Just a quick note, this is a tournament only play as Zizic is not guaranteed to even see a single minute on the court. That being said, besides Nance he's the only other option for the Cavs to play Center tonight who are without Tristan Thompson and Jeff Green. There is a decent chance he sees 25+ minutes of action in backup duty, without Nance one of the higher usage guys on the Cavs 2nd unit. If Nance is unable to slow down Drummond, they might even let try Zizic try.
