Top NBA Plays 4/3 | P.O.P - Plethora of Players
There's a fully loaded 12 game NBA card for Wednesday, so you can invoke pretty much any (and all) strategies you want here. Let's not hesitate to see what the Gods have laid out for us:
Tonight's DFS Headlines
One of the first places to look for points on tonight's slate is the Clippers Rockets game where the O/U is set at 229. Houston comes in on a B2B, however.
The Bulls and Wizards could be another sneaky high scoring affair. If you or somebody you know is interested, injury depleted Chicago is looking for players tonight.
The Hornets aren't your traditional DFS powerhouse (besides Kemba Walker) but they've got an exploitable matchup vs. New Orleans on Wednesday.
Same holds true with the Mavericks whose starters face an opposing defender 23rd or worse at every position on the Timberwolves.
The Magic are just 0.5 GB from the Heat for the 8 seed and they've been given a gift with the Knicks coming to town tonight.
Guards
Jeremy Lamb (DK: $5400 FD: $4900 Y! $20) Ownership: 1.16%
Jeremy Lamb looks to be recovered from a recent ankle injury, although it's important to check late, as he is still a GTD for Wednesday. Lamb has gone for 30+ fp the last two games and got 16 field goal attempts Monday vs. the Jazz. He's in a very favorable spot as the Hornets try to snap a 3 game losing streak and keep their minuscule playoff hopes alive vs. the Pelicans.
Shaquille Harrison (DK: $6300 FD: $6100 Y! $21) Ownership 14.4%
Make sure to use the LineStar lineup optimizer for notifications on Shaquille Harrison's status, as he is a GTD with a shoulder injury. It's hard to see a guy finally getting his chance to shine in the pros sitting this one out however, and he is listed as probable. The Bulls have so many injuries that Harrison is almost a play by default, as somebody has to score against Washington. The Bulls G has three 30+ point fantasy nights in his last four games and the Wiz have been torched by the shooting guard spot over the past week.
Michael Carter-Williams (DK: $3900 FD: $4200 Y! $10) Ownership 0.84%
Michael Carter-Williams should get some minutes today as Orlando aims to whoop up on New York and climb into a postseason spot potentially. MCW has actually played well lately, posting a 25, 24, and 34 point fantasy night over the last five. Orlando is a -12.5 favorite vs. New York, so expect plenty of minutes from the Magic bench in this one.
Forwards
Danilo Gallinari (DK: $7400 FD: $7800 Y!: $30) Ownership 4.4%
Danilo Gallinari should be in line for a big fantasy night as the Clippers take on the Rockets who are in a B2B. Gallinari rested Saturday vs. Cleveland, but was cleared to play the next game and bounced back with a 54 point fantasy night Sunday vs. Memphis. Not only are the Rockets fatigued, the Clippers are on 2+ days rest, which boosts Gallinari's production another 10%.
Jabari Parker (DK: $6400 FD: $6700 Y!: $25) Ownership 1.58%
The Bulls are wounded and getting rolled by teams such as in a 31 point loss to the Jazz and 20+ point home defeats by Portland and Toronto. Washington looks to continue that trend Wednesday and one player who will have no love lost is Jabari Parker, as he is up against his (temporary) former team. Parker has a 36 and a 53 point fantasy night over his last three and went for 28 vs the Bulls when the teams met up March 20th.
Christian Wood (DK: $6300 FD: $6600 Y! $18) Ownership 4.41%
Christian Wood is making the most of his extended opportunities down the stretch. The New Orleans PF has at least 15 points and 9 rebounds in three straight games and should continue to see action with Julius Randle and Anthony Davis battling injuries (although probable). There's no reason for New Orleans not to see what they have in Wood, especially vs. a Charlotte team in their fourth straight road game. The Hornets have allowed 129, 137, and 111 points so far on this away stretch.
Center
Mitchell Robinson (DK: $7100, FD; $9200 Y!:$26 ) Ownership 6.7%
Mitchell Robinson is looking like a must play for the Knicks as they finish out the season and FanDuel really loves this guy tonight. It's not without good reason, as he's gone for 40+ fantasy points in three straight games. That will have to be a bit higher to hit value as his salary increases another $800 before today's slate. The Magic are traditionally a tough matchup for opposing C's, but Robinson went for 17 points and grabbed 14 rebounds when the teams met up at the end of February. Robinson has had a 21 and a 14 rebound night over his last three and should continue to be big on the boards Wednesday.
Utility Player
Andrew Wiggins (DK:$7100 FD:$7100 Y!: $27) Ownership 6.7%
There's value in Andrew Wiggins at the utility spot tonight...probably. Wiggins has put up nice home splits of 37, 43, and 40 fantasy points over the last three contests. He's on the road today at Dallas to see if that recent surge was location - or rotation. Wiggins has shot the ball at least 18 times in four straight games as Minnesota tries to limp their way through the end of the season with a depleted lineup.
It's one of the last weeks for a full full sports slate that includes the NBA regular season, so let's enjoy it. For more discussion, feel free to check out Carl Taylor (@dailydogsports) on Twitter for sports betting talk and DFS news.
