Top NBA Plays 5/3| Rest Stop
We've got two more weeks of NBA regular season play, kicking off with a Monday 8-pack. Once again, the big theme as this campaign winds down is REST. Lebron James and Joel Embiid are two of the big names on the back-to-back tonight, and we just don't know if they'll play with the postseason so close.
The Trail Blazers, Spurs, and Knicks are all on 0 days rest as well, each team having bigger picture plans with likely playoff berths. Fun, fun, fun!

Today's NBA Matchups
Magic @ Pistons (-2), O/U 210.5 7:00 PM ET
The two worst teams in the Eastern Conference square off in this toss up game. Orlando has actually won two of three, but the Pistons are still the home favorite.
Pacers @ Wizards (-4), O/U 246 7:00 PM ET
Huge betting total here largely because the Pacers have given up 130+ in two of the last three games. The Wizards also gave up 146 in a game with the Spurs last week so their defensive is shaky as well.
Warriors @ Pelicans (-2), O/U 236.5 7:30 PM ET
New Orleans is 2.5 GB of a possible play-in berth, but they're also running out of time to make that up with just 8 games to go. The Pels' have won 3 of 4, and can continue to climb as the Warriors are in the 9 spot right now.
Trail Blazers @ Hawks (-2), O/U 235 8:00 PM ET
Portland is riding a 4-game win streak, posting 128+ points in each victory. The Trail Blazers will be on the b2b though after 10-point win at Boston on Sunday. Atlanta has won their last five home games though.
76ers (-6.5) @ Bulls, O/U 212.5 9:00 PM ET
The Sixers are on the b2b here after getting their fourth straight win in a 2-point OT victory at San Antonio on Sunday. The Bulls have been held under 100 points in three straight but could be getting Zach LaVine (health and safety) back after a 10-game absence. Chicago may also be without Nikola Vucevic (leg) who missed Saturday's loss.
Knicks @ Grizzlies (-2.5), O/U 218.5 9:00 PM ET
New York has won 3 of 4, all by at least 17 points, yet they are the underdogs tonight in Memphis. The Knicks are on the b2b, but the 25 point win over Houston last night wasn't exactly strenuous.
Spurs @ Jazz (-7.5), O/U 221 10:00 PM ET
San Antonio is on the b2b and has played into OT in three of their last four games. Both teams will be slightly thin in this one.
Nuggets (-3.5) @ Lakers, O/U 219.5, 10:00 PM ET
Does Lebron James play on the back to back after just returning from a long injury? L.A has dropped 6 of 7, a Good spot for the Nuggets who have won 9 of 10.
Tonight's Point Guard / Shooting Guard Notables
Russell Westbrook DK $11k | FD $11.2k
vs. Indiana
6X threat every time out, as Russell Westbrook played 40 minutes and took 30 shots Saturday vs. the Pacers. Russ has hit 65+ fp in three of four and plays an Indiana team that has allowed 130+ in two of their last three.
Cole Anthony DK $6.9k | FD $6.3k
@ Detroit
It looks like the Pistons are solid vs. the PG spot lately, but they've also played the likes of Jalen Brunson and Brandon Goodwin. Brogdon and Derrick White have also both hit for 45+ fp vs. Detroit over the last four, so the upside for Cole Anthony (coming off a 🍔50 Burger🍔is there.
Seth Curry DK $3.9k | FD $4k
@Chicago
Ownership should be pretty low here as Seth Curry is on the back to back and takes a 21% dive playing on 0 days rest. That being said, it's a great matchup with a Chicago team that has allowed 33+fp to five straight SGs.
🍺Other Likes🍕 - Malcolm Brogdon ($9k) is a GTD with an ankle injury but is in a great spot vs. a Wizards team that is 29th defensively vs. the PG spot.
Jordan Clarkson ($7.3) no Mike Conley and a matchup with a Spurs team on the b2b.
Tonight's SF / PF Notables
Michael Porter, Jr. DK $8.4k | FD $8.2
@ Lakers
Michael Porter, Jr. has hit the perfect lineup in five straight on DK and gets a matchup with a Lakers team playing on the b2b. Porter has a 40fp floor over the last five, and LAL is 23rd vs. the PF position over the past month.
Saddiq Bey DK $5.9k | FD $5.6k
vs. Orlando
Nice price spot for Saddiq Bey who has gone for 36 and 49 fp the last two. Detroit matches up with the Magic in what should be a close (bad) game between the bottom two teams in the East. Orlando also ranks 28th in the league defensively vs. the SF spot.
Tonight's Center Position Notables
Jonas Valanciunas DK $7.9k | FD $6.7k
vs. New York
If there's one spot the Knicks struggle defensively against it's the center. NYK is allowing over 11 boards per game to opposing C's, putting Jonas Valanciunas in a great spot after grabbing 15+ the last two games. New York has allowed an 18 and a 22 rebound performance to starting C's over the past five games and is also on the b2b so lock it in 🔒.
Willy Hernangomez DK $5.2k | FD $5k
vs. Golden State
Willy Hernangomez has value if Steven Adams (toe) sits again. Hernangomez has a double-double in three of the last four and is up against a Warriors team that is 23rd defensively vs. the C spot.
