Top NBA Plays Friday February 11th| The Dust Settles
The smoke from the trade deadline has officially cleared, and teams will start to have their new looks in place over the weekend. That includes Friday night's 7-game slate, where it's still likely a bit too early for James Harden to join the 76ers and Derrick White to be with the Celtics as part of some of the bigger deals from yesterday.
We will likely see Tyrese Haliburton and Buddy Hield make their Indiana debuts however and Caris LeVert plays his second game with Cleveland against his old squad the Pacers.
Teams like the Spurs, Celtics, and Sixers may be a bit shorthanded on their bench tonight still in the trade deadline limbo as they wait for their acquisitions to clear their physicals. Let's take a look at who is ready to bring home this Friday night card:
🏀Top 5 Player Props February 11th 🏀
LineStar has a new Player Prop tab that lets you search the best individual props through apps such as DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, and PointsBet. Here are some of the best bets for tonight:
🏀Nikola Jokic (Over 12.5 rebounds) - Even though he's only gone 'over this total once in the last five games, Boston has allowed 17 boards to both Isaiah Stewart and Miles Plumlee over their last five games and gave up 10 to Mo Bamba in 27 minutes.
🏀Karl-Anthony Towns (Under 9.5 rebounds) - Only grabbed 9 and 7 rebounds in the recent two-game set with Sacramento, the #22 rebounding team. The Bulls rank 7th in that category, and Nikola Vucevic is going to snag a lot of those with 12+ boards in 6 of the last 7. Timberwolves could also get blown out if Anthony Edwards, D'Angelo Russell, and Patrick Beverley don't play.
🏀Caris LeVert (Over 40.5 points, rebounds, assists) - Like him in DFS too stepping into the starting lineup for Darius Garland. Up against his old team the Pacers (not revenge) and matched up at times against 5'11" Keifer Sykes.
🏀Jarrett Allen (Over 11.5 rebounds) - Who does Indiana have left in the frontcourt after injuries and trades? Jarrett Allen just grabbed 17 rebounds vs. the Pacers on Sunday and Indiana has also allowed 17 to Nikola Vucevic and 12 to the highly unproductive Clint Capela over their last three games.
🏀Isaiah Stewart (Over 9.5 rebounds) - Not a bad price at FanDuel (-122) because bigs are eating against Charlotte. In four recent games against the Hornets Nikola Vucevic has grabbed 15 rebounds, Pascal Siakam 11, Bam Adebayo 12, and Jarrett Allen 22. Stewart had at least a dozen boards in 5 of 6 games prior to last night's blowout loss to Memphis.
Tonight's Key NBA Matchups
Hornets (-7) @ Pistons O/U 226.5 7:00 ET
Charlotte has lost six in a row, but a visit with Detroit is good for what ails them as the Hornets have won a remarkable 14 straight vs. the Pistons. It also doesn't hurt that Detroit is on the back to back after a 132-107 loss to Memphis last night - the 4th time in the last 5 games the Pistons have allowed at least 116 points.
Cavaliers (-7) @ Pacers, O/U 216.5 7:00 ET
The new look Pacers debut tonight with Tyrese Haliburton expected to be in the starting lineup with Buddy Hield and Tristan Thompson coming off the bench. It's also an instant homecoming game for Caris LeVert, who was traded from Indiana on Sunday and had 11 points on 4-11 shooting in his Cavs debut on Wednesday.
Thunder @ Sixers (-12) O/U 206.5 7:00 ET
James Harden and Paul Millsap likely won't be available tonight, leaving Philadelphia slightly shorthanded after they sent Seth Curry and Andre Drummond to the Nets yesterday. Luckily the 76ers get OKC, a team that has dropped three straight and has been held under 100 points in 4 of the last 6.
Report: Harden not expected to debut for 76ers until next week

Spurs @ Hawks (-8) , O/U 232.5 7:30 ET
San Antonio may lack a little depth tonight after rare trade deadline activity. The Spurs sent out Derrick White, Thad Young, Drew Eubanks who had been playing 30, 14, and 12 minutes respectively. That should bode well for another big night from Trae Young, who had 31/7/11 vs. the Spurs back in late November.
Nuggets @ Celtics (-6), O/U 216.5 7:30 ET
Denver has won 7 of their last 10, including two recent dominating wins by 20 points over Brooklyn and 17 vs the Knicks. They've got a tough test tonight against a Celtics team that has won 8 of their last 9. Boston is acquiring Derrick White and Daniel Theis and has moved on from Dennis Schroder, Josh Richardson, and Enes Freedom so they'll be shorthanded tonight.
Timberwolves @ Bulls (-3), O/U 240.5 8:00 ET
Definitely a target game with that betting total. The Bulls kick off a six game home stand but have had their share of struggles against opposing big men, allowing 21/14 to Indiana's Terry Taylor, 40/10 to Joel Embiid, and an 11 rebound game to Mason Plumlee over the past week.
Magic @ Jazz (-13.5), O/U 222 9:00 ET
Blowout game potential with that point spread, and the Jazz seem to have put a horrible January behind them with a 4-0 start to February. That includes a 111-85 win over Golden State on Wednesday when six players scored in double figures in the blowout.
Tonight's Point Guard / Shooting Guard Notables
Caris LeVert DK $8.6k | FD $8.7k @ Indiana
Had just 18fp in his Cavs debut, but it took some adjusting and he was coming off the bench
Getting his first start for Cleveland tonight with Darius Garland (back) out - and against his former team the Pacers
Trae Young just had 34 points and 11 assists against 5'11 Keifer Sykes, LeVert is 6'6"
D'Angelo Russell DK $7.4k | FD $7.4k @ Chicago
Make sure he plays (shin) which is tough with the game starting an hour after lock
Coming off a 29 point, 10 assist game vs. Kings on Wednesday
Anthony Edwards and Patrick Beverley are also questionable
Bulls getting eaten alive by PGs, giving up 38+ fp in five straight
Will Barton DK $6.4k | FD $6.5k @ Boston
On a nice little run with back to back 20+ point, 6+ rebound, 4+ assist games (also two Denver blowouts though)
May see more time at the 1 with Monte Morris suffering a concussion (Bones Hyland value goes ⬆️ as well, especially at $3.8k)
Celtics have allowed 35+ fp to Max Strus, Terry Rozier, Hamidou Diallo, and Jalen Suggs at the SG position over their last 5 games.
Tonight's SF / PF Notables
DeMar DeRozan DK $9.7k | FD $10.4k vs. Minnesota
A frequent flyer in this spot, but that betting total of 241 is astounding
T'Wolves getting abused by SFs lately, allowing 21/13/8 and 24/8 to Saddiq Bey and 21/6 & 30/8 to Harrison Barnes in consecutive back to backs against Detroit and Sacramento
Tobias Harris DK $8.3k | FD $8.5k vs. OKC
Gets a +6% usage increase with the trades of Andre Drummond and Seth Curry and if Tyrese Maxey (hamstring) is out
The Thunder have given up 33+ fp to the likes of Maxi Kleber, Tony Snell, and Moe Harkless over their last five games
39+ minutes in 4 of the last 5
Could Philadelphia protect Joel Embiid's minutes for tomorrow's game against Cleveland?
Keldon Johnson DK $6k | FD $6k @ Atlanta
Derrick White trade can only help (at least until Josh Richardson gets to San Antonio).
18+ real points in 5 of last 7, 7+ rebounds in 4 of past 6
Hawks have a 30fp floor allowed to last five starting SFs
Kelly Olynyk DK $4k | FD $3.5k vs. Charlotte
Any big that could see time vs. the Hornets has value
Minutes could get a boost with Detroit on the back to back
Has managed a respectable 20 shots last two games
Tonight's Center Position Notables
Jarrett Allen DK $7.9k | FD $7.6k @ Indiana
Just dropped 15 points with 17 rebounds against the Pacers on Sunday
With Domantas Sabonis traded, Myles Turner and Terry Taylor injured Indiana is down to Goga Bitadze, and 6'7" Oshae Brisset in their front court (if Jalen Smith and Tristan Thompson aren't cleared on time)
Indiana's Bitadze is a 7-footer, but has 4 total rebounds the last two games
Jarrett Allen’s night:
15 Points
17 Rebounds
2 Blocks
5/12 FG
5/9 FT
In 31 minutes of action Vs the Indiana Pacers

Isaiah Stewart DK $5.4k | FD $5.8k vs Charlotte
Fresh on the back to back after playing just 18 minutes last night
Centers are eating against the Hornets, scoring at least 34 fp in five straight games
Stewart had at least a dozen rebounds in five of six prior to last night's blowout
