We can lose track of the NBA a bit over an action-packed football weekend, so if you missed it here are some headlines going into Monday's 10-game slate:

🏀 Nikola Jokic has sat out the last two games with a wrist injury

🏀Lebron James returned on Friday with a 38fp night, but was booted after just 21 minutes on Sunday after an altercation with Isaiah "Beef" Stew-art.

🏀 The Kings fired Luke Walton after losing 7 of the last 8 games, and have named Alvin Gentry as his replacement in the interim.

🏀Klay Thompson has been cleared to practice fully, and may return the week of Christmas.

Nets (-6) @ Cavs O/U 208.5 7:00 PM ET

Kevin Durant ($11k) missed Friday's 115-113 win over the Magic, opening the door for James Harden to hit 71fp despite shooting 7-25 from the field. The betting line looks like a trap considering Brooklyn has won 10 of 12 and has had the last two nights off - which gives Cleveland value.

Hornets @ Wizards (-4), O/U 216 7:00 PM ET

The Wizards have gone an under-the-radar 7-1 at home this season and the Hornets have dropped 5 of their last 6 on the road which seems to make Washington a team to target here.

Pacers @ Bulls (-1.5), O/U 212 8:00 PM ET

Chicago plays on the back to back here after an impressive 109-103 win over the Knicks last night. DeMar DeRozan had his third 50(fp) burger in the last five games, but the Bulls will still be missing Nikola Vucevic (COVID) who had 32 points and 16 boards in his last meeting with the Pacers.

Timberwolves (-3.5) @ Pelicans, O/U 214 8:00 PM ET

The two worst scoring defenses in the league last year have played to a 96-89 Minnesota win and a 107-98 Pelicans victory this season - not exactly offensive fireworks.

Suns (-5.5) @ Spurs, O/U 221 8:30 PM ET

The Spurs have given up at least 37fp to five straight PGs which could make it Chris Paul SZN tonight, even though CP3 has broken 40fp just once in the last five games. Devin Booker has also been held to 36fp or less in three straight games so he could be due for a breakout.

Sixers @ Kings (-2.5) O/U 221.5 10:00 PM ET

Joel Embiid remains out as the Sixers have two more games left on a West Coast road trip. Philly can still be a target though against a Kings team debuting a new coach and who have lost three straight games by double digits.
