Top NBA Plays Thursday February 17th| One More Night
It's a 5-game slate tonight in what is the final game before the league takes a week off for the all-star break. It will be a great layoff to recharge the batteries and calibrate our strategies - but we still have one more night with a chance to win.
Let's get to it:
🏀Top 5 Player Props February 17th 🏀
LineStar has a new Player Prop tab that lets you search the best individual props through apps such as DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, and PointsBet. Here are some of the best bets for tonight:
🏀Tyrese Maxey (Under 20.5 points and assists) - Has just 5 total assists the last 3 games and is matched up against Jrue Holiday
🏀Andre Drummond (Over 11.5 rebounds) Grabbed 19 rebounds last night vs. the Knicks and in just 23 minutes. That's a trend to jump on.
🏀Seth Curry (Over 2.5 three-pointers) - Has shot 17 three-pointers in his two games with the Nets, hit 6 of 9 last night vs. the Knicks
🏀Terrance Mann (Over 18.5 points and rebounds) - Had a down game on Tuesday, but that was with the Clippers in the back to back. Averaged 23 points and 8 rebounds the two games prior
🏀Devonte Graham (Under 9.5 points) -He only has 2 fgs total over his last three games, out of the game plan with McCollum's arrival. Dallas has held 5 of the last 6 opponents under 100 points
Tonight's Key NBA Matchups
Heat (-5) @ Hornets O/U 225.5 7:00 ET
Charlotte is 1-8 over their last 9, one of those defeats being a 104-86 loss to these Heat back on February 5th. Bam Adebayo had 20/12 in that game, and he should be a target against a Hornets squad that has allowed 42+ fp to 4 of the past 5 C's they've faced.
Wizards @ Nets (-4.5), O/U 217 7:30 ET
Brooklyn is building some momentum into the all-star break, winning two straight after dropping 11 in a row before that. Seth Curry's first two games with the Nets have been a success (23, 20 real points), a trend that should continue even though Washington beat the Nets 113-112 last Thursday behind 21 real points from Raul Neto.
Fun fact — After 2 games Seth Curry is a +41, which is almost twice as much as James Harden was on the Nets this season (+23).

Mavericks (-3.5) @ Pelicans O/U 214 8:00 ET
Luka Doncic cooled off in Tuesday's win over the Heat, scoring 21 points after averaging 48 in the two games prior. Part of that had to do with Spencer Dinwiddie and Davis Bertans making their Dallas debut, but Doncic also shot just 5-19 from the floor. Speaking of debuts, CJ McCollum has a couple of 50+ fp games and is averaging 29.5 real points in his last three with his new team the Pelicans.
Sixers @ Bucks (-6.5), O/U 224 8:30 ET
Philly has to like having one more game before the all-star break, because they need to wipe the taste of a 48-point loss to Boston on Tuesday out of their mouth. that's not going to be easy at Milwaukee, with Giannis Antetokounmpo coming off 50 & 14 in his last game (75fp).
Giannis Antetokounmpo had his 3rd career 50-point game in the regular season, the 2nd-most in Bucks history, trailing only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (10).

Rockets @ Clippers (-10.5), O/U 228.5 10:30 ET
L.A. needs a cleanse over the all-star break as the bad luck continues with new acquisition Norman Powell out indefinitely with a broken bone in his foot. These two teams are a combined 5-15 over their last 20 games so something has to give here.
