When a Monday gives you the likes of Nikola Jokic, Joel Embiid, Rudy Gobert, and even Clint Capela/Nikola Vucevic at the center position, you might have to deal with a Tuesday like tonight where Willy Hernangomez or Jalen Smith are the big targets at the big man spot.

We're a little light in the paint tonight on this 5-game slate, but let's see how the rest of the positions play out.

Tonight's Key NBA Matchups

Grizzlies @ Cavs (-3) , O/U 215.5 7:00 ET

Oddsmakers must be looking at a letdown game for Memphis after their big 118-104 win in Brooklyn last night. Ja Morant had 55fp vs. the Nets but is almost untouchable at $9.7k in this spot.

Spurs @ Raptors (-6.5), O/U 224.5 7:00 ET

San Antonio has dropped three in a row including a 117-116 defeat in Detroit on Saturday in what was just the 7th Pistons win of the season. The Raptors have won 116-108 and 120-105 in two games since Scotiabank Arena has put a 3-week ban on fans in the stands making this a very tough spot for opponents to play.

Pacers @ Knicks (-2.5), O/U 207 7:30 ET

Indiana has dropped five of their last six and haven't broken 108 points in any of those defeats. The Knicks have only scored 100+ once in their last four which has this low 207 betting total about right where it needs to be.

Suns (-7.5) @ Pelicans, O/U 224.5 8:00 ET

Phoenix remains pretty thin on the interior with Deandre Ayton and JaVale McGee in protocols, and (somewhat) as a result the Suns have dropped three of their last five. The Pelicans are on the back to back though following a 115-104 home loss to the Jazz last night.

Kings @ Lakers (-6.5) , O/U 230.5 10:30 ET

The highest betting total of the slate even though the Kings have been held under 100 points in two of their last three. Lebron James goes for his 7th straight perfect lineup and is the highest-priced player on the docket $11.4k

Chris Paul DK $7.4k FD $7.8k @ New Orleans

• Matchup play as the Pelicans have allowed 42+ fp to five straight PGs

• New Orleans is also on the back to back

• Paul had 16 assists in 26 minutes on Sunday against Charlotte

De'Aaron Fox DK $7.1k | FD $7k @Lakers

• Play PGs vs. Lakers, James Harden has 75fp, Ja Morant 66, and even Patrick Beverly hit 38fp over the past five games

• Went for 34/6/8 in L.A earlier this season albeit in OT

• Playing aggressive, hit 14 of 15 free throws vs. the Heat on Sunday

Desmond Bane DK $6.7k | FD $7.2k @ Cleveland

• Hit 12-23 shots from the field last night against Brooklyn

• Had 28 and 32 real points playing in a back to back last week

• 6X this DK price in 4 of the last 7 games

Tonight's SF / PF Notables

Lebron James DK $11.4k | FD $11.4k vs. Sacramento

• Might be a lock spot until Anthony Davis returns; has made the perfect lineup in 7 of the last 8

• Has scored 30+ real points in 7 of the last 8

• Kings have 3rd worst scoring defense in the NBA

Keldon Johnson DK $6k | FD $5.5k @Toronto

• Dejounte Murray remains out for the Spurs

• 18 shots Saturday vs. Detroit,

• Raptors have allowed 32+ fp to four straight PFs

RJ Barrett DK $5.6k | FD $5.9k vs Indiana

• Julius Randle getting back hurts usage, also not an ideal matchup with Indiana (O/U 207) but that keeps ownership low

• Pacers have allowed 30+ to four of the last five SGs, Barrett plays a little bit of everywhere

Tonight's Center Position Notables

Jonas Valanciunas DK $9.3k | FD $7.5k vs. Phoenix

• Stay away on DK, but solid FD price on this short slate that is light at the center position.

• Phoenix just gave up a 55fp night to Robert Williams on New Year's Eve as they play without Deandre Ayton and JaVale McGee on the interior

• Got 18 shots in last night's matchup with Rudy Gobert (40fp)

• Has hit 50fp last two games vs. Suns, including a 23/14 output on November 2nd

• Pascal Siakam ($8.7k) is a nice pivot here too with 50+ fp in three straight

Jalen Smith DK $5.5k | FD $5.8k @ New Orleans

• Could be the last call with Deandre Ayton and JaVale McGee set to return soon

• 15+ points three of the last four, 12+ boards two of the last three

• Pelicans playing on the back to back
